CA NO GE(U)/CHM-26/2026-27 PROVN OF ADDITIONAL SECURITY LIGHTS, REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE STREET LIGHT POLES AND SPL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF LT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT KV NO 01 CHANDIMANDIR MIL STN

Excavation in trenches for foundations of poles, stays or for laying of cables, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note (Item No 01 & 02):- (i) Nothing extra will be paid or measured to the contractor if hard or rocky soil is encountered during execution.

Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying / taking out of cables, erecting of poles etc, in any type of soil, exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soils, in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 50mm outer dia, inner dia 38mm, double walled, corrugated HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable electric cable as per existing and type including removing from site of work complete all as directed.

S & F Power Cables, Aluminium Stranded Conductor 16 sqmm, 4 core, XLPE Insulated, Cores laid up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured with galvanized wire or galvanized steel strip, overall PVC Sheathed, 1100V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) complete laid in trenches / floors / ducts/ fixed to poles / walls / drawn through pipes etc including provn of lugs, glands, nuts, bolts & washers etc for connecting in LT feeder pillar box / Street light panel/ Junction box and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F multi stranded copper cable PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade of size 2.50 sqmm 3.00 core for connection from junction box to light fitting and making connections and testing for functioning of light fitting complete all as directed

S & F LED street light fitting 90 Watt, 230 V AC, min 120 lumens/watt outdoor type with high pressure die, cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including taking down old damaged unsv CFL/ T-5/ HPSV lights of any size/ type and removing from site, complete all as specified.

S & F post top lantern, LED type, 40 watt (cool white), 230 volts, AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed.
