REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF HT CABLE NETWORK, DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS, VCBs OVERHEAD HT STRUCTURES AND EARTHING AT LC AREAS, SITE A, SITE B AND SITE C AT ITR AND TECH AREA OF CHANDIPUR

Disconnecting the transformer indoor /out door from HT / LT side at site dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strip and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core, supply and replacing 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and replacement of gaskets/oil seal of HT/LT side to arrest the leakage of transformer oil complete reassembling the complete dismantled items, reconnecting the HT/ LT supply cable ends at the site for the following transformer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.: (a)Transformer capacity 125 KVA to 250 KVA

All as per item No 1 above but Transformer of capacity 300KVA to 400 KVA

All as per item No 1 above but Transformer of capacity 500KVA to 630 KVA

Material and Labors for shifting of transformer from one area to another area of ITR Tech and placing in position including installation testing and commissoning as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for lightning arresters suitable voltage 11000 volts expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class,discharge capacity 65 kilo amp ncluding installation testing and commissoning as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply and Fixing Microprocessor Numerical 3-Over Current & 1Earth fault Protection Relay with high Set Instantaneous unit with in-built Trip Circuit Supervision Type - ADR141C including necessary connection, initial calibration and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of Transformers / OCBs / Oil switches at different location of ITR Chandipur with filtration cum dehydration machine to achieve desired level of di electric strength of transformer oil including testing complete as specified and all as directed by engineer in charge. Note- The quoted rate is deemed to be included cost of centrifuging the transformer oil by means of electrical operated centrifuging machine . (ii) The contrator shall test the di electric strength of oil of each transformer before dehydration & filtration and after completion of dehydration and filtration process and submit record of the same. Each sample of oil shall be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE/ Engr- in- Charge. The contractor will have to arrange correctly calibrated Transformer Oil Test machine. for this purpose and quoted rate is deemed to be included for this account . (iii) Old unserviceable oil obtained if any shall be deposited in the MES store complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge .

Supply only insulation oil in Transformer Oil tank having Di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm electrode gap for 60 sec confirming to IS-335 and ISI marked all as spsecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling in repair/replacement of silica gel in existing breather assembly complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in repair/replacement of breather for 400/500 KVA Transformer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
