Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Providing, Precast RCC type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in covers slabs over drains including necessary formwork etc , set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:4) all as specified

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on external surfaces of walls of block masonry finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

S&F in position angle iron for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI chain link fencing of 3.50mm dia with PVC coated 50mm x 50mm to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including binding with wire including taking of existing GI fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm dia MS round bars cut to length bent to shape required etc. (to be used for stiffness to chain link) fixed indepdently to the angle iron post as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Conforming to Fe 410-W or (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made 12 mm dia. Shank) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at another end, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5cm n. exc 10 cm in length complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide, zinc primer including preparation of new steel/iron surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick, 100mm depth Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base etc complete.

M&L for Cleaning carefully (with fresh water) the blockage of 150mm dia Pipe any type in between man holes and passing rubber ball through line to ensure all blockage perfectly clear all as directed by Engineer-in-Charege.

M & L for preparation of new plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces including scraping, rubbing and washing etc and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion based premium quality exterior antifungal paint (chequired pattern) over a coat of primer in chequrred pattern all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturers instructions
