M&L for Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion RS-1 pressure sprayer @ 5 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous, macadam laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), binder content 4 % of binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen VG-30 laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller by using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness with VG-30 (paving bitumen) ( min marshall stability 820 kg) laid in single layer with min 5.5% binder content and min 2 % cement filler mix of total mix, combined grading and mix proportion should be ascertained as per IRC:111-2009 and should be used for execution after obtaining design mix / job formula from approved lab/ CTL. Mix to be prepared through hot mix plant and laying to be done using sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 -12 tonne vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Note - Before execution of design mix/ job mix formula should be approved by GE after verifying credentials of report obtained.

Providing and laying microsurfacing course, comprising of dry fine aggregates conforming TYPE-II grading (4 to 6 MM) of specification as per IRC: SP-81-2008, polymer /latex modified cationic bitumen emulsion, Ordinary Portland cement as filler, chemical 1 additives and water, including proportioning, mixing and laying of microsurfacing coarse using mechanised machine and laying unit all as per IRC SP-81 and MORTH specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking 2.0 mm thick center line stop line, side line etc on roads as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and made with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 60 degree centigrade with special applicator machine with and including traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100 x 100 mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow one side provided with zinc plated nail of 12 mm dia and length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering, complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No-GPL 01-02 CAT EYE AL(31B) of Greenlite/ Cat part No OS-785 Make Oscar or equivalent in Dark eye/Road star / Siner Infrastructure.

Supply and fixing in repair of HDPE high density polythelene) speed bumps of size 450mm x335mm, 75mm height of pre coloured material, UV stabilized (so it doesn’t fade in sunlight), studded with two highly reflective reflectors (should be molded in PMMA material are welded with PE base plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on the speed bump so that dust and water cannot touch the reflector’s inside area and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long time) fixed with four nails and epoxy incl filling of hollow portion of bumps with bitumen/ cement concrete each as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ABS round body delinator fitted with 2 Nos 100 mm highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 50 duly powder coated, anti rust & anti theft steel net of any colour combination weight not less than 750 gms (excluding pipe). The body of Guide Post is moulded in ABS plastic and it is fixed on powder coated steel pipe of 1010 mm height, weight not less than 1700 gms complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Direction and Place Identification signs made of Class-A High Intensity Micro Prismatic Grade Sheeting of Type I with size more than 0.9 sqm size board. (Providing and erecting direction and place identification sign as per IRC:67-2012 made of retro- reflective type sheeting and vide clause 801.3 OF MORTH, fixed over aluminum sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm and fixed on a stainless steel frame of size 32 mm dia, supported on 2 Nos. stainless steel posts of size 50 mm dia, firmly fixed to the ground with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60cm, 60cm below ground level complete all as specified and directed. .

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced concrete & removal of rubbish beyond defense land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and in consolidation complete all as speified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of size 300x300x150mm, M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including painting of exposed surfaces in alternate colour (black/ yellow) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-30 Grade with grey cement and pigment (Red & yellow) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in edging portion of paver block for proper matching with existing surface complete all specified and directed.
