Earth work in excavation over areas of all type of strata comprising of any type of material such as soil ,silt,clay, sand, gravel, murum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all type of congolmerates,latrite rock,soft rock,ordinary rockdisintegratednrock,fissured/shattered rock, decomposed rock, weathered rock and all such material either in full or part as the case may be adopting any method/ methods as may be convenient or permitted (blasting prohibited) including chiselling ,wedging,etc., in all conditions such as dry , moist, foul, saturated, submerged, etc., as directed by the Engineer etc., all complete including dressing of side ramming bottom, all leads, lifts and depths including getting out excavated soil & stacking as directed , pumping and bailing out water, barricading,danger lighting, guarding as directed .

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. b) All types of Ordinary rock including all types of laterite rock, blasting prohibited

The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. c) 80 mm thick in all colours except grey (M40 grade)

Precast plain cement chequered tiles 22 mm thick of required shades laid in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete.

Providing water proofing treatment over the new R.C.C. roofs terrace toilet by spreading cement slurry over the R.C.C. slab and laying of 10cms. Average laterite stone ballast coba with the necessary gradient for easy flow of rain water and the coba in covered with damp proof of Hindustan water proofing co. Or equivalent jointless water proofing plaster of mix 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 find sand), finished smooth with wooden trowel with false marking of 30 cms square. The vertical surface of the adjoining walls are to be treated upto a height of 30cms including rounding of junction (the rate includes for complete items including labour and materials and including cost of initial treatment of roof slab as follows. Carting away unwanted excavated material such as soil, lime, moorum, building rubbish, laterite stone, Excavated earth, ordinary rock etc. from site lead of 5 km including all loading & unloading charges ( A ) ( by mechnaical Automative Transport ) Contractor should arrange land for dispose up these material at his own cost Lead upto 5 km.

Supply, fabrication and installing in position MS gates of required width and height of including wicket gate and Rolling Gate(if necessary) of approved size made of channels joists, angles, plates, pipes and MS sheets including stiffeners, bracing, fabricated hinges, MS aldrops locking arrangement, tempered steel pivots, guide track of MS tee, ball bearing arrangement, casters wheels etc. all complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineering in charge all complete. The main entrance gate shall be fabricated out of Mild steel sections completed with applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel painting. The structural steel works for gates shall include supply, fabrication, transportation, erection of structural steel gates complete with placing in position embedded parts in concrete / brickwork and in road surface including cutting, grinding, drilling of holes, welding and painting etc complete

Providing & fixing in position signage's made from 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel. The background of the panel should be pasted in retro reflective material, computerized cut, self adhesive film pasted on it. The board is to be fixed on wall with 12mm dia SS studs /mirror screws or mounted on 1 or 2 numbers of 2" dia GI pipe at specifeid height having a coat of metal primer with 2 or 3 coats of black enamel paint to get the required finish.
