Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and exc 1.50 metre but not exc 3.00 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerb and mud slope and mass concrete including sub base floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for providing factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in apex stones, kerb stone pier caps etc (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces, including rounding, chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Size of factory made kerb stone as indicated at site by Engnr-in-Charge and cost of excavation if any deemed to be included unit rate quoted by contractor.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, shelves and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 29.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old serviceable burnt clay / fly ash bricks retrieved from serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, square, rectangular or polygonal for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, roofs, floors etc and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but not exc 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors, gates, steel frames, chowkats, etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including necessary welding etc and fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets, straps (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm and not exc 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 2mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet fixed or laid on to flush doors by using rubber based adhesive, supplying & fixing at site as per specification as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1mm thick lath thickness steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete : push pull or manual type and taking down existing steel rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins including takind down old barbed wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick with coating AZ-150 gsm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down existing corrugated steel sheet complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and paving, finished even and fair (PCC shall be laid in panels) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut slab of approved shade (table rubbed and polished) with true & uniform joints as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms & like and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 with cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm including dismantling and taking down existing stone complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for coloured non skid glazed earthenware tiles (Endura tile of Jonson or equivalent) size 300x300x10mm thick (as approved by the Engr-in-Charge) heavy duty endura tiles, as in floors, parking etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 7mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e 450mm x 300mm or as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made chequered cement concrete tiles, 30cm x 30cm x 25mm/ 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick rubber finish coloured/mixed with pigment top thick with grey cement and pigment machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured designer polished (reflecting type) interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment with coloured top casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Shape & colour of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for factory made 80mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured designer polished (reflecting type) interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-40 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment with coloured top casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Shape & colour of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring/hardstanding laid in alternate panels including necessary formwork and vibrator to be used complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on walls all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for SFRC manhole/drain covers with square frame/round frame size as per ground requirement provided with suitable mild steel rims and easy lifting hooks of medium duty 10 MT as per IS : 12592 Part I fixed including dismentling of old manhole cover slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, laid and jointed on concrete bed complete including testing, after demolition and breaking up drain pipes set in cement mortar including dismentling of old pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 600mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, laid and jointed on concrete bed complete including testing, after demolition and breaking up drain pipes set in cement mortar including dismentling of old pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bedding to drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bedding to drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 600mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.
