Up-gradation of Insulation of LP Steam Network from CPP to Wax

Removal of existing damaged worn out insulation, thoroughly cleaning the surface with wire brush or any other method as approved by the Engineer Incharge followed by providing & fixing over E Glass Fiber Pipe Cover (E Glass Fiber Pipe Cover Section in Single Layer of thickness 50mm for 10" NB Line) pipings including fixing them in position and securing the same properly with all necessary tools, tackles, materials such as binding, stitching wire, labour etc. The complete work shall be in accordance with the specifications laid down in the contract and in the latest IS standards as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) Contractor has to make his own arrangement for procurement and storage of all the materials. 2) This item includes disposal of the debris to the directed place within the unit in concern as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of old damaged worn out Aluminium Cladding followed by providing and fixing cladding with new internal polysurlyn coated Aluminum plain (Internal polysurlyn coated Aluminium alloy sheet shall be as per ASTM B209 (alloy 3003 H14), 1220x0.71 mm (Width X thickness) . The job includes cutting, bending and grooving to proper shape and size and fixing with self-tapping screws,securing with mettalic bands wherever required and providing water proofing elastomeric sealing compound/aluminum foil tape between the sheet overlap/joint. Note: 1) NRL will issue Aluminium/SS securing Bands on free issue basis 2) Contractor has to make his own arrangement for procurement and storage of all other materials. 3) This item includes disposal of the debris to the directed place within the unit in concern as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing box scaffolding system up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- charge .The volume of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose . The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. All material, manpower, tools & tackles shall be in the scope of the contactor.

Deployment & operation of tipper/dumper with operator and adequate numbers of helpers (minimum 4 workers (excluding driver) with all tools and tackles) for disposal of insulation material/debris/scrap to a designated place as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
