Firms should upload along with offer their supply performance (duly supported with documents like Inspection certificate,Receipt Note,Payment Receipt Particulars.) i,e supplies made by them for same/similar items on this Railways & other Railways, in preceding three years from tender closing date, in support of their performance. Non-submission of such documents shall be taken as they are not having any such past performance and their offers shall be considered further as per extent rules and no back reference in this regard will be made to them.

Where authorizations from the same OEM are submitted by multiple bidders, the Purchaser shall verify directly with the OEM as to which bidder has been duly authorized to participate in the subject tender. Only the authorization confirmed by the OEM shall be accepted, and any unverified, false, forged, or invalid authorization shall be rejected, rendering the corresponding bid non-responsive.

Only OEM or their authorised dealers to quote with valid authorization certificate of OEM otherwise offer will be ignored and OEM Authorization Certificate to be uploaded along with offer.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

For offer value below 5 lakhs, The inspection will be done by consignee.For offer value above 5 lakhs, The inspection will be done by TPI

Materials should be supplied in OEM packing.

Manufactures identifications mark along with month & Year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or an boxes/cartons as per drawing specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be.

GC/WC as per latest IRS terms condition must be submitted along with supply.

All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.

If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents , the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

Delivery should be free at destination. i.e. Office of SSE/PWAY/LKPR
