Material and labour for designing , installing , testing and commissioning of 40 kWp On grid solar roof top solar power generation system comprising of the following:-

BIS certified, MNRE and TANGEDCO approved mono crystalline PERC half cut cells solar PV module/panels suitable for installation on roof tops with each panel having capacity not less than 540Wp complete with poly carbonate junction boxes, having sufficient number of fused incomers and outgoing terminals (positive/negative) suitable for 4 Ssqmm cables and connecting cables not less than 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor multistranded (solar cross linked poly olefin cables double insulated , UV resistant halogen free low smoke ) from panel to panel all as directed. All modules will have minimum 20 years OEM linear output warranty.

Design,Supply and install prefabricated roof top solar panel mounting structure made of Hot deep galvanized steel angles/channels/flats including SS 30 nuts/bolts and washers suitable for wind resistance upto 170 Kmph including necessary PCC foundations of grade 1:3:6 of 20 mm grade aggregate at suitable points to provide for a stable robust support all as directed at site all as specified and directed.

TANGEDCO Registration fees and facilitation fees including GST Charges shall be paid by the contractor.

Work shall be executed as per TANGEDCO latest Solar Policy.

Liaisoning with TANGEDCO,Coimbatore authority(Initial approval and installed solar power plant to Grid for smooth functioning shall be contractor responsiblity. All Fees related to the Power purchase aggrement borne by the contractor .

All Liaison work regarding the Plant from Starting to commissioning with TANGEDCO,Coimbatore will be done by the contractor and plant will be taken over after It is fully functional and certified by TANGEDCO,Coimbatore.

Final approval (Technical feasiblity report) shall be obtained from TANGEDCO before Starting work in ground.

All Materials Makes shall be approved as per MNRE,TANGEDCO,BIS .

PV Modules and solar cells shall be made in India make only.

Any Other Component as required for efficient function of system is deemed included in the above quoted rates.

Supply and install BIS and IEC certified , MNRE and TANGEDCO approved IP65 rated on grid inverter, natural cooled, suitable for ambient temperature range 0 to 60 deg Celsius, 50/60 Hertz frequency, with anti islanding features, having three phase AC output with inbuilt surge protection devices, Anti reverse power controller, fuse protection, DC/AC switches, LCD display for generating data, Wifi/GPRS data logger, multiple MPPT for optimum generation, wide input voltage range, efficiency not less than 90% etc for capacity range 10 KWp to 15 KWp all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .Note -Capacity of Invertor shall be decided at the time of Design Approval by engineer in charge .

Supply and fixing ACDB – (1 in 1 out) Outdoor type,double door ,IP65 Protected ,Field ACDB Panel with following: - Incomers - 415V, 4P, 63A MCCB – 1 Nos(Incomers from invertor) - Outgoing - 415V, 4P, 63 A MCCB,adjustable type - 1 No( Outgoing to LT Panel) - Copper Busbar of 4P, 63 A - Outgoing feeder with Type I and Type II SPD ,4 Pole of capacity T1+T2- Iimp 8 KA/Pole Imax-32 KA - MFM Meter with suitable CTs - Surge protection device LED Indicators for inputs and output - Glands for Inputs, Double Compression glands for output - Enclosure CRCA Powder Coated PU Paint - All Input and Output lugs (Cu & Al lugs as per cable type)

Supply and fix DC distribution boards(Arey Junction Box) ,IP65,suitable for roof top solar generation system of rating upto 10 KW, 1000 volts, 2 incomer and 2 outgoing with DC surge protection device 1000 V ,DC fuse 15 A - 4 Nos and MCBs for three string network. The DB will be having terminals suitable for 4 Sqmm copper conductor cables and the enclosure for the DB shall be made of poly carbonate box of IP66 OF Trinty /Fibox /Hensel /eqivalent and as directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and fixing Perforated GI cable tray of size 300 mm width of Minimum Thickness 1.6 mm with cover and accessories with fittings (channel, fasteners, anchor bolt) all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and fixing UV protected XLPO Solar Grade copper Cable of size,PVC insulated 1 Core 4 Sqmm with DC Connectors (male & female) pair MC4,650 Volts rated outdoor type conduits all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge.

Material and labour TANGEDCO approved energy meter having current range 10-60 Amp, 415 Volts, accuracy class 1.0 , 4 pole 32A MCB Metal / fiber encloser out door type and as instructed by engr in charge .

Supply and fix Rubber Mat of size 2 Mtr x 1 Mtr of Thickness 2 mm ,ISI Mark all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Material and labour for air termination rods with 40mm light grade pipe 1.5meters long, with 300 mm long, 6mm dia copper rod clamped at one end and base of pipe embedded in PCC foundation of grade 1:3:6 of 20 mm grade aggregate on roof slab all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core and with Consumables like Lugs, Ferrules, Cable Ties, uPVC tape, uPVC saddle, Cable clips,cable route indicator etc. all as specified and directed as per directed by engr in charge .

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core with Consumables like Lugs, Ferrules, Cable Ties, uPVC tape, uPVC saddle, Cable clips,cable route indicator etc. all as specified and directed as per directed by engr in charge .

Material and labour Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shapeor size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, oneunder coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and direceted by engineer in charge .

Supply and Fixing 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks for clean of solar panels ,Triple layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) with antimicrobial layer as per IS-12701-1996 hoisted and fixed in position with lid cover,float valve all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Bib taps, cast copper alloy of 20 mm dia with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and lay in trenches/floors/walls of GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as elbow, tee, union, short pieces etc of size 25 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and lay in trenches/floors/walls of GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as elbow, tee, union, short pieces etc of size 20 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M & L Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt , earth lead 20x3 mm copper strip connectd to Copper earth plate elcectrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of brass material, thimbles and other end of earth lead strip connected to Isolation transformer and protected by galvanised iron pipe medium grade 40mm bore and watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC Chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 & RCC cover in M-20 (Design mix ) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR ( Part-I) of 2009. (i) The unit rate includes 20x3mm copper earth lead strip , and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre.

M&L for earth coninuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation or for loop earthing complete of copper strip size 32x6 mm fixed by using and including suitable size of porcelain insulators in such a manner that strip can be separeted from the wall.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw.

M&L for GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade with all fittings for cable protection laid under road/path/hard standing or fixed with wall/pole etc complete.

M&L for cutting of existing bituminous road/path/hard standing suitable for laying cable protection pipe 40 mm dia under the road/path/hard satnding at a depth not less than 60 CM below the normal ground level, Returning filling soil and making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hardstanding by using cement concrete mortar 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 0.30 mtr wide and 0.30 mtr thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Reverse power Relay Mechanism Modification in the existing for HT braker panel to in corporate revers power relay along with TANGENCO Approved CTs ,wiring tripping mechanism to be carried out and final testing and commissioning to be done in accerdance with engineer - in Charge .

Supply and install Mounting stand for Inverter , ACDB , DCDB manfactureered using square pipe of min 50x50 sheet of minmum 3mm thickness powder coated along with acesseries including transportation , unloding installation with civil works .
