Repair to 10000 GPH x 250 meter head pump motor set of unit no. 3 installed at pumping station Jib stage-1st (Old) by way of disconnecting of all electrical connections, decoupling of pump from motor, carrying pump set from pumping station to road side by way of head load and then to work shop by mechanical transportation. Replacement of pump shaft and turning to original bearing size and key way making. Providing, fabrication and fitting of new impeller 8 numbers, fabrication /fitting of neck rings 8 nos. diffusers 4 nos., diffuser bushes-8 nos., shaft protection sleeve 2nos., gland plate-2 nos. with check nut 2 nos. Providing and fitting of new bearings 7308-2nos and N308-1no. Carriage of pump set back to pumping station by using manual labour tools and tackles and mechanical. Coupling pump motor set and making proper alignment and testing the pump set on load at site. Providing and fitting of nuts and bolts and leather flanges at delivery and suction side. Replacement of damaged nuts, bolts and rubber bushes. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges.

Repair to 10000 GPH x 70 metre head pump set of unit no. 2 installed at pumping station Krimachi. The job involves decoupling of pump from motor and loading of pump to the vehicle and its transportation to the workshop. Dismantling the pump and Extraction of damaged parts. .Replacement of pump shaft and keyway making. Replacement of impellers 03 nos., diffusers 03 nos. Fabrication / fitting of 3 nos. impeller bushes. Providing / fitting of new protection sleeves 2no. Fabrication / fitting of neck ring-2no., gland plates-2nos. Providing and fitting of news bearings 6306 and N306. Providing and fitting of thrust plate-1no. Shifting of pump to the pumping station. Providing and fitting of new coupling assembly with coupling bolts etc. Coupling of pump with the motor and making proper alignment. Repair to motor starter by replacement of damaged fixed contacts and moving contacts, overload coils, no load coils, bakelite sleeves and replacement of 5 liters transformer oil and making all electrical connections and then testing on site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour / transportation charges, to & fro carriage charges.
