Installation, testing and commissioning of Chemical Earthing complete with copper plate electrode of size 900mmx600mmx5mm, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 5 metre below normal ground level and complete size of pit 1.2mx1.2mx5.6m, earth plate electrode connected to and including copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm as main earthing lead by means of tinned copper / brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers besides brazing at all joints as directed earth plate is to be grided with minimum three rod electrode 17.2mm dia solid rod with 250 microns copper coating of length 6 mtr to obtain desired resistance value by copper strip of size 20x3mm and copper strip to be protected with 40mm dia light grade GI pipe from electrode and upto including the earth test point terminal, 20 mm dia watering pipe light grade GI pipe including funnel, wire mesh, and copper plate and all the electrode is to be sorrounded by the chemical ashlok or as per manufacturer recommendation including one layer of each below and above the plate and electrodes, including excavation in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil, PCC pit chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 50mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars @ 75mm c/c both way including MS angle iron frame of 40mmx40mmx3mm complete including testing all as specified and directed NOTE-1: AFTER COMPLETION OF EARTHING, IF less than 1 ohm (<1 ohm) RESISTANCE IS NOT OBTAINED, THE EARTHING WILL BE RE DONE BY CONTRACTOR AT HIS OWN RISK AND COST TO ENTIRE SATISFACTION OF ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE. NOTE-2:Satisfactory test report of earthing work executed showing resistance less than 1 ohm at site shall be produced by the contractor alongwith the RAR or final bill. No payment of earthing work shall be realeased without satisfactory test report produced by the contractor.

Test point terminal block for chemical earthing made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and srewed including 3 Nos 8mm dia, 25mm long hex head srew, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead, copper strip of size 20x3mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required , complete all as specified and as directed.
