M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick (10mm in cement mortar 1:6 and 5mm in cement mortar 1:4) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork even & smooth with using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls applying two coats of 100%Anti fungal acrylic emlusion exterior grade paint over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufacture instruction including necessary scaffolding etc on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces on external surfaces (wall facia cornices etc)by applying ready mix cement based wall care putty (where required ) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of any existing treatment by scrapping/rubbing & finally washing down with water and freeing the surface from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungi, algae, flakes, etc and making suitable for Apex painting on external surfaces (wall facia comices etc) by applying ready mix cement based wall care putty( where required ) and applying two coats of 100% antifungous acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint (white & blue) over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufactures instruction & bio wash including necessary scaffolding etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry in PCC type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exceedng 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sq m but not exceeding 4 Sq m each all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100mm X 63 mm size factory made FRP door frame , frame fixed with 3.Nos on either side with MS flat iron 25mmx3mm cut to size & made to shape & fixed as in hold fast after necessary tarring & sanding & fixed as per manufacture instructions & as directed. Thickness of FRP lamination shall be 2mm. Core shall be polyurethane foam/high density (more than 40kg per cubic meter) cellular foam done in situ. Second class wooden blocks shall be provided to hold the fittings .The size of the chowkhats shall be inclusive of 2mm thick FRP lamination all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as levelling concrete for tiling all as specified and as directed.

Drilling hole 20 mm dia in floor/wall up to 300mm long and fixing 20mm dia CPVC pipe 600mm long , grouting with water proofing compound of approved manufacturer mixed with cement as per manufacturer instructions by injection pressure grouting to prevent the leakages from sunken floor (effective area of one hole shall not be less than 1 sqm on plan) & making good the hole to match the surface with colour cement all as specified and as directed. Note :- The contractor has to carryout one more drilling if earlier grouting is not carried out effectively to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, at his own cost.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down existing hessain base fell or clay tiles or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof/chajja including cement plaster, cleaning the surface and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exe 5 km to outside the MD land and laying water proofing membrane treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membranes with features as specified, weighing not less than 3.50kg/sq m laid over a coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.40 kg/sqm by torching the membrane and sealing the over lap by 100mm length side and 150mm width side all as per ,manufactures instruction including joints and changes in direction be curved with cement mortar 10mm thick 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 2.00ml/bag of cement curved well before laying of membrane, including applying two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre/sqm all as per manufacturer instructions and to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Notes: (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of bituminouus primer, APP membrane, Solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint & SBR latex.

M & L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the mother slab. Filling the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat of prime seal of approved make on prepared concrete/plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Prime seal with 1 (one) part of water and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

M & L for 15 mm thick (10+5) rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with WPC as per manufacturer instruction and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chipping , removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer ,breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc all as specified and as directed. Note:Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer of approved make, on the reinforcement bars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth, without using extra cement on ceiling all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall and applying three coat of colour wash all as specified and as directed.

Grouting maintain the pressure at exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam and columns) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Providing and applying structural grade of approved make prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives of approved make modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 ) in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i)Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete
