REPAIR/ MAINT OF 33/11 KV CHETTRI POWER HOUSE, COMD CAMP PH AND OTHER LOCATIONS UNDER GE (UTILITIES) UDHAMPUR

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F double walled corrugated (DWC) pipe of size 120 mm including snap fit coupler conforming to IS:14930 (Pt-2:200)/IS-16205 Pt-1:2017,IS-16205 Pt-24:2018 for protection of HT cable 120 to 185 sq.mm in under ground complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down proper shut down from sub station, Material and labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces of 33 KV Switch yard including all steel structures/ frame/fencing/gate of bus bay at Grid, and steel housing of capacitor bank having dimension 5m x 4m x 3m (incluiding top closed), CTs/PTs inside of yard by brushing/cleaning stains, Duct cover - 30 Mtrs OLTC boxes- 01 No Mast conductor, greasy spots with thinner, applying two coats of spray painting (synthetic enamel paint) with spraying machine in the yard including writing description of feeders/ equipments/ isolators in block English letters as directed with white/black synthetic enamel paint as existing including making of marking (R-Y-B) by paint, earthing strip by green paint of all over the yard complete all as complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Disconnecting power supply, Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel by brushing/cleaning stain, greasy spots with thinner, applying two coats of spray painting (synthetic enamel paint) on all sides of 33 KV 6.3 MVA transformer and its accessories with spraying machine in the yard including writing description of equipment in block English letter as ditected, with white/Black synthetic enamel paint and re-connection after painting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down proper shut down from sub station and Scrapping the two pole structure with Emery Paper after that Painting of 33KV HT pole 12m (set of two pole structure including the MS Channel / angle iron) with one coat of Red oxide and after that two coat of Aluminim paint. White washing of foundation and Marking on pole with Glow sign/ Paint sticker showing the Pole no and source of supply complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old corroded / damaged HT Poles from site including supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged pole erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6 mm thick MS Base plate,welded to pole,finial taper cap, bolts, nuts, screws,11 Mtr long, type 410 SP - 64,including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms,painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint on the portion embedded in concrete, and marking pole no. with black paint at suitable height all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- The earthwork, PCC foundation, steel clamps, MS Cross arms & bracing of angle iron etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch ‘A’

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulating mat conforming to IS: 15652, suitable for working voltage up to 33 kV (Class ‘C’), having anti-skid surface, fire-retardant and moisture-resistant properties, of size 2.0 m × 1.0 m × 3.0 mm thick, including cutting if required and fixing in position by gluing to the surface by means of approved synthetic rubber-based adhesive in front of switchboards, panels, control boards, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by engr- in- charge.

Inspection & visit for checking the fault occured due to rain , heavy wind and any other breakdown related to 33 KV HT line and 33 KV power house, Rectify the fault at own arrangement and report to JE /Engr in charge after rectifying the fault and proper testing and commissioning of HT line. All minor spare and parts such as nut ,bolts,disc and pin insulator,streching of conductor and all other essential accessories required for fault rectification are included in the quoted rates. Note:- Contrator or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within one hour of notification of breakdown. In case the rep or contractor shall not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breakdown within 1.00 hour a penalty of Rs 1000 per fault per hour will be imposed over contactor and will be deduct from his dues.
