Dismantling Bituminous road including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead

Bituminous Road

Scarifying the existing bitumineous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarifyed material within all lifts and lead upto 1km (by mechanical means).

Lead charges for 1st 1 KM or part thereof, by mechanical transport including loading unloading, stacking / levelling etc.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically / manually, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On WBM / WMM @ 0.75 kg / sqm

Providing laying bituminous macadam of thickness 50 to 75 mm as directed on prepared surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base / binder course including loading of aggregate with FE loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with paver to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification to achieve the proper compaction but excluding the cost of primer / tack coat with bitumen of 60/70 grade (VG 20) @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically / manually, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg / sqm

Providing and laying dense bituminous concrete of thickness 25 to 40 mm as directed on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification, to achieve proper compaction but excluding cost of primer / tack coat with bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) minimum@ 6% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe healer, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater etc. driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, dust, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 CRUSHED sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete

Labour charges for murum filling under floors of specified thickness in layers of not exceeding 150 mm thickness including consolidation etc. complete (using murrum available at BARC campus with a lead of up to 4 Km)

Supplying, Stacking and Laying of 150 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels

Providing and fixing at and near ground level precast cement concrete 1:2:4 in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved patterns and setting in position with C.M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including consolidation, curing, cost of required centering, shuttering, finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (using crushed sand) on exposed surfaces complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and painting TWO coats of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade over an under coat of suitable shade primer of approved brand and manufacturer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
