| 1 | Complete Overhauling of AUMA make actuators Including required spares for Models SA6E11 and SA6E63
(1) Removing the actuators from TG and SG PHEs ACW, DMCW Inlet and Outlet valves and shifting to work place.
(2) Complete dismantling and overhauling of the MOV, including cleaning of the centre column,replacement of bearings, oil seals, O-rings, gaskets/seal kits, worm gears and spur gears wherever necessary. Inspection and cleaning of individual components and rectification of any defects found in the MOV mechanism. Inspection of the stem nut and drive bush, service of the manual gear mechanism, greasing, reassembly of the MOV and ensuring satisfactory manual and electrical operation.
(3) Inspection of the lubrication system and topping up/replacement of grease with the recommended grade of lubricant.
(4) Painting with Existing color of OEM recommended grade and Markings with Yellow and Black paints as directed by TNPGCL engineers.
(5) Erection of MOVs on valves and limit & Torque setting ensuring Manual & Electrical operations with valve. | 20 | Nos | - | - |
