PART-A CONSTRUCTION OF YOGA HALL & TOILET AT FIRST FLOOR OF NALCO COMMUNITY CENTRE AT NALCO TOWNSHIP, DAMANJODI: 2.8.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. in all kinds of soil

2.25 Back Filling with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

1.1.1 Transportation/carriage of balance excavated earth after back filling,building debrish,waste material,other garbage materials for disposal at the specified locations/areas,lead up to 2km as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.27 Filling of sand under floors in trenches, sides of foundations etc. including supply of sand and watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

4.1.3 Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete up to Plinth Level (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE/ISSUE POINT INSIDE PLANT.)

4.1.8 Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete up to Plinth Level (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE/ISSUE POINT INSIDE PLANT.)

4.17 Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth,etc. all completed as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

5.1.2 Providing and laying cement concrete for all RCC works in 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5 coarse sand:3stone aggregate 20mm & down size) up to plinth level with maximum 20mm size hard granite stone aggregate in roofs, including slope roof, stair case,landing slabs, canopies, chajjas, bands,lintels,beams,lofts,projections,manhole covers, valve chambers, retaining walls, abutments, foundation rafts etc.below ground level as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge at all heights including mechanical vibration for consolidation, curing for 3 weeks excluding cost of shuttering and steel reinforcement.The rate will be inclusive of finishing and plastering the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

5.2.2 Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in superstructure up to floor V level,roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, fins,bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc.in super structure at all heights including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.9.1 Providing and fixing, centering and shuttering in foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc up to plinth as directed including strutting, bracing, propping etc. keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period etc. complete.

5.9.3 Providing and fixing, centering and shuttering including curved, hexagonal and such other shaped shuttering for following as directed including strutting, bracing, propping etc. keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period etc. complete for all depths and heights for Suspended floors,roofs,landing

5.9.5 Providing and fixing, centering and shuttering including curved, hexagonal and such other shaped shuttering for following as directed including strutting, bracing, propping etc. keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period etc. complete for all depths and heights for lintel beams,plinth beams,cantilevers..

5.9.6 Providing and fixing, centering and shuttering including curved, hexagonal and such other shaped shuttering for following as directed including strutting, bracing, propping etc. keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period etc. complete for all depths and heights for Columns,pillars, piers

5.15 Providing, hoisting and fixing upto all floor level pre-cast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, beams, bressummers, jalis,mouldings as in cornices, window sills, posts, struts and shelves etc. including finishing and plastering withcement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm on exposed surfaces to give a smooth & even surface,including centring, shuttering, and curing etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1;2:4(1 cement:2 finesand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm & down size) etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C. . 5.22.3 Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C. work at all height and depths, carting the same from store / issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details, including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused / scrap / unserviceable steel to owner's storagepointetc.allcomplete. [REINFORCEMENT STEEL / TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE]

5.22.4 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, making welding lap joint in steel reinforcement for RCC column, extension, insert splices etc. Including cutting, cleaning grinding weld area hoisting,fixing in position using structural steel /rebars etc. as requiredv(Steel/rebars shall be issued free of cost by nalco's store), Payment for this item shall be made only for lapping length of old to new reinforcement.(wt of both reinforcement shall be considered)

6.1.2 Providing and laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks in foundation, up to all depth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) using Nawarngapur or approved quality sand with brick class designation 50 including curing and racking out joints,scaffolding etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.( FLY ASH BRICKS SHALL BE ARRANGED BY THE CONTRACTOR BUT CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

6.4.2 Providing and laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks in super structure up to all hight in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) using Nawarngapur or approved quality sand with brick class designation 50 including curing and racking out joints,scaffolding etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.( FLY ASH BRICKSSHALL BE ARRANGED BY THE CONTRACTOR BUT CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

8.2.2.1 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. completeat all levels as per the direction Engg-In-Charge. (BITUMEN SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST BY NALCO) Granite of any colour and shade. Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm

9.1.2 Providing,fabricating, & fixing seasoned sal wood works in frames / shutters of doors, windows, clerestory windows, false ceiling work and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including transportation from workshop to siteetc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

9.11.8 Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

9.11.9 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places etc. all complete as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.

9.48.2 Providing,fabricating, making, transporting to site and erecting of ornamental structural steel work like gates, doors, windows, grills,ventilators,trusses, in built up sections by welded/bolted/riverted, M.S. bars, tees, angles, flats, chanels, C.Q.plates, pipes, round bar,square pipes,hollow sections etc. as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge along with approved steel fittings, painting with one coat of red oxide primer AND finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint etc.all complete for all heights and depths . (STRUCTURAL STEEL, RED OXIDE, SE PAINT (ALL MATERIALS) WILL BE PROCURED BY THE AGENCY).

9.53 Supplying,Providing and fixing of 40 x 5 mm flat iron hold fast 400 mm long including fixing to wooden frame with 10mm dia bolts,nuts and embedding in cement concrete block 300x100x150 mm with (1cement:3corse sand:6 stone aggregates of 20 mm & down size) mix concrete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

9.21.1 Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202(Part-1) non-decoretive type,core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws, all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.95.1 Providing and fixing standarded anodised aluminium butt hinges 100x75x4 mm of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.95.2 Providing and fixing standarded anodised aluminium Tower bolt 300 x 10mm sizes of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.95.3 Providing and fixing standarded anodised aluminium Tower bolt 150 x 10mm sizes of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.95.4 Providing and fixing standarded anodised aluminium Sliding door bolts 300mm x16mm sizes of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.95.5 Providing and fixing standarded anodised aluminium Sliding door bolts 250mm x16mm sizes of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge

9.95.6 Providing and fixing standarded anodised aluminium handles 125 mm sizes of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.95.7 Providing and fixing standarded anodised aluminium handles 100 mm sizes of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

10.28 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

11.41.2 Providing and laying anti skid (If required) vitrified floor tiles of sizes 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% of 1st quality (Johnson/ kajaria/ RAK or equivalent approved quality) conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE].

11.3.1 Providing & laying cement flooring 40mm thick with 1:2:4 (1cement: 2finesand: 4graded stone aggregate of 20mm & down size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding off edges and strips, curing, including providing and fixing 40 x 4mm glass strips for making panels etc. all complete. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

11.46.2 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles (Johnson / kajaria / RAK or equivalent) of (600 x 600) mm sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622 of approved make in all colours & shade in skirting or wall over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge. (ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

12.41.1 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes of 75 mm diameter for waste water drainage conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,(Single socketed pipes.)etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

12.41.2 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes of 110 mm diameter for waste water drainage conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,(Single socketed pipes.)etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

12.42.1.1 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded Coupler of 75mm dia for unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes for waste water drainage ,conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C..

12.42.1.2 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded Coupler of 110mm dia for unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes for waste water drainage ,conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C..

12.42.5.2 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded Bend 87.5° 110mm dia for unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes for waste water drainage ,conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

13.16.1 Providing and laying 6 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) with Nawarangapur or approved quality sand on concrete/masonry surfaces including cleaning , hacking concrete surfaces, scaffolding , providing drip mould if required, watering, curing etc. complete for all heights etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

13.1.2 Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) using approved sand or including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding,curing up to 7 days etc. all complete for all height/depth etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

13.2.2 Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster(using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand) in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type of sand including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding including curiing up to 7 days etc., all complete for all height etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )

5.3 Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

13.26 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engg.-In-Charge.

13.42.1 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper( ready mixed ) of approved make, after applying one coat of cement primer on walls and ceiling etc. of approved brand and manufacture on new work with approved shade to give an even shade complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge, as per manufacture's specification,including scaffolding,all complete. Area must be cleaned off spilled paints etc. after completion of painting works.

13.8 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc.all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

13.46.1 Providing and applying arcylic paint New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm), to give an even shade after removing the foreign particle with wire brush etc. ( where ever required) on new work specified at all heights including all labour , tools , tackles scaffolding , consumables and materials required for the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

13.61.1 Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades on all types of surface like steel/wood/concrete/plaster/for lettering etc. all complete up to the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15.2.1 Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

15.18 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

15.3 Dismantling R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

15.7.4 Dismantling of brick work In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15.9.2 Dismantling stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

17.7.11 Providing and fixing Stainless Steel AISI-304(18/8) Wash basin 530x345 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require :

17.2.1 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet with ISI marked (Parryware/ jaguar/ cera/ hindware/ kohler/ RAK or equivalent) (European type W.C. pan) with white seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required etc. all complete as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.

17.7.9 Providing & fixing white vitreous china Surgeon type wash basin (round /oval shape) of size 660x460 mm with C.I. brackets painted in white, with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps with elbow operated levers ISI marked (Parryware /jaguar /cera /hindware/ kohler/RAK or equivalent) ,32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern,C.P.brass chain with rubber plug, 32mm dia meter CP brass trap & unions complete ,including cutting & making good the walls wherever required etc. all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

17.5.1 Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal of size 580x380x350 mm size respectively (Parryware/ jaguar/ cera/ hindware /kohler/ RAK or equivalent) with longitudinal flush pipe, unions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting as per IS :2556, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass,push cock including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required etc all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge:(CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

17.29 Providing & fixing of ( Size 100mm x 100mm) sand cast iron gratings for gully , Nahni trap including all materials and labours etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

17.32.1 Providing and fixing Circular shape 450 mm dia mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing etc. all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

17.33 Providing and fixing 600 x 120 mm glass shelf edges rounded off supported on anodised aluminium angles frame with C.P brass brackets and guard rail complete fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

17.60.1.1 Providing & fixing of 100 mm inlet and 100 mm outlet sand cast iron traps of self cleansing design with screwed down or hinged grating with or with out vent arm complete, including cost of cutting and making the good the wall &floors, as per IS:3989,etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

17.71 Providing and fixing PTMT liquid soap container 109 mm wide,125 mm high and 112 mm distance from wall of standard shape with bracket of the same materials with snap fittings of approved quality and colour, weighing not less than 105 gms. etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

17.69.2 Providing and fixing PTMT Waste coupling 38 mm dia of 83 mm length and 77mm breadth, weighing not less than 60 gms etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

18.7.1 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes of 15 mm nominal outer dia Pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

22.14.1 Providing and laying grading concrete with (1 cement:2 corse sand:4 graded stone aggrgates of 20 mm and down size) on roof with required thickness as directed by Engineer in charge, finished with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3: and neat cement punning,including cleaning the surface,curing up to 15 days,at all hight/any floor,etc complete. 17.6.2 Providing and fixing one piece construction white vitreous china squatting plate with an integral longitudinal flushing pipe, white P.V.C.with push cock. with fittings, standard size G.I. / PVC flush pipe for back and front flush with standard spreader pipes with fittings, G.I clamps and C.P. brass coupling complete, including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors etc. wherever required etc. all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

PART-B: CONSTRUCTION OF ENTRANCE GATE, TOILET & GLOW SIGN BOARD AT NALCO COMMUNITY CENTRE IN NALCO TOWNSHIP, DAMANJODI: 2.8.2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2.8.2 All Kind of SoilFor soft rock up to 1.5 mtrs depth.

5.1 Providing and laying cement concrete for all RCC works with maximum 20mm size hard granite stone aggregate in roofs, including slope roof, stair case,landing slabs, canopies, chajjas, lintels,beams,lofts,projections,manhole covers,valve chambers, retaining walls, abutments, foundation rafts etc.below ground level as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge at all heights including mechanical vibration for consolidation, curing for 3 weeks excluding cost of shuttering and steel reinforcement.The rate will be inclusive of finishing and plastering the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface 5.1.2 Same as above item in 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5 coarse sand:3stone aggregate 20mm & down size) up to plinth level (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

5.2.2 Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in superstructure up to floor V level,roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, fins,bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc.in super structure at all heights including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.9 Providing and fixing, centering and shuttering including curved, hexagonal and such other shaped shuttering for following as directed including strutting, bracing, propping etc. keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period etc. complete for all depths and heights. 5.9.1 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc up to plinth.

10.2 Providing, fabricating, erecting in position and testing/examining bolted and/or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS at all levels and locations, including all type of sections , builtup sections / compound sections and/ or plates/bent plates (including supplying, fabricating, fixing and keeping in position at all levels and locations THREADED ANCHOR BOLTS of all diameters and nomenclature, including nuts, washers, anchor plates, pipe sleeves etc. in foundations. 11.41.2 Providing and laying anti skid (If required) vitrified floor tiles of sizes 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% of 1st quality (Johnson/ kajaria/ RAK or equivalent approved quality) conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE].

11.3.1 Providing & laying cement flooring 40mm thick with 1:2:4 (1cement: 2finesand: 4graded stone aggregate of 20mm & down size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding off edges and strips, curing, including providing and fixing 40 x 4mm glass strips for making panels etc. all complete. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

11.46.2 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles (Johnson / kajaria / RAK or equivalent) of (600 x 600) mm sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622 of approved make in all colours & shade in skirting or wall over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge. (ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

12.5 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets, TATA DURASHINE OR EQUIVALENT (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns for Portico & Roofing. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

21.3 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in respective items): 21.3.3 With toughened glass of 5 mm thickness

26.7 Providing & fixing of exterior aluminium composite panels (ACP) of 4 mm thickness of of approved quality & colour coating (0.50 mm coil bth side) with PVDF core fixed to RCC column, beams & slabs, masonry wall etc. with necessary brackets, fasteners, bolts, aluminium channel section frame work out of (50x25x1mm) rectangular section, back rods, bolts & nuts etc. with all accessories, washers etc. and sealed with approved quality sealant between joints of aluminium panels of width specified as per design (TRAY SYSTEM )etc.complete in all heights including cost of staging and scaffolding with all labour, cost of all materials & T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

8.2.2.1 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. completeat all levels as per the direction Engg-In-Charge. (BITUMEN SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST BY NALCO) Granite of any colour and shade. Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm

9.11.8 Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

9.11.9 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures.
