Earthwork in all kinds of soil in excavation of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in all kinds of soil including moorum, hard stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost,conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation bed and floors using 40mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150 mm thick, hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(1:2:4) in foundation bed and floors using 12mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite Chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150 mm thick, hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc as required for the work complete.

R.C.C Foundation, Plinth Band, Footings, column Base, Mass Concrete & Precast slabs incl. all cost of carrige etc. Complete.

Supplying all labour materials & T&P for Brick masonary with Fly Asks in Foundation & Plinth having CS not less than 35 kg/Cm2 in Cement Mortar (1:6) including watering and curing esc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

2.5 cm As flooring with C.C (1:2:4) with punning using 12mm crusher broken granites chips. Including watering curring etc.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work including watering curring etc.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work including watering curring etc.

Supplying Transporting, fitting and fixing M.S. Fabricated Grill as per approved specification and direction of Engineer in-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamferd edge cement concete paver block of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibrator method to attain superior smooth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds, Laid in required gray colour and Pattern over 50mm thick Compacted bed of Coarse Sand and proper embending/ laying of interlocking Paver bolcks into the sand bending layer through vibratory compacting by using plate vibrator, filling joint with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size/ pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath,park, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and lanc/road etc all complete as per manufactures specification and direction of Engg-in-charge. 80mm thick C.C. Paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour with approved colour design pattern etc. Complete
