Work

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation,gross, bushes srubs, shaplings and tree of gurt upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and desposiol of un survecable material and stacking of servicable material to be used are auctioned,upto a lead of 1000m including removal and desposial of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 201, non thourny jungle.(by mechanical means) PWD SCH NO 259 CH-4-2.31

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulder with approved soil with all lifts and leads, laying in layers, breaking clods, dressing to required lines, curves, grade and sections, watering and compaction to meet at least 100 % procter density complete to specification requirements

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63-45mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. G-II

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4-53 mm gauge to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thichness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade & camber applying and brooming stone screening binding material to fill up the intertices of the coarse aggregates watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per technical specification class 405. WBM GR-III

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base incuding cleaing of road surface and spraying primer using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.70 to 0.10kg per sqm usnig mechanical means as per technical specificationclause 502.

Brick edging on both side of road with S.O.B. Brick 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortor all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth including all labour T&P sundries required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 765 SOR 2022

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30kg per sqm on prepared surface of granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with haudraulic broom as per technical specificationclause 503.
