Outsourcing of services for operation and routine maintenance of sewage treatment plant installation at Bhind vihar 24 Hrs round the clock everyday in 3 shifts as per norms of following plants/Equipments etc. at Air Force Station Gwalior :-

Scope for Operation & Routine Maintenance

Operation of all installed machinery equipment, switchgear for smooth operation of central sewage plant all as directed by engineer in charge.

Routine maintenance of installation like preventive check of all machinery for any defect and other similar activity for smooth operation of installation

Repair/Replacement of gland rope of motor pump, sluice valve etc

Greasing of equipments,

Tightening of loosen nut bolt,

Entering Hourly record in log sheet of plant and equipment all as directed

Cleaning of instrument, machinery, equipment , panel etc including cleaning with cloth, detergent, brushes, kerosene etc

Cleaning of plant room, rest room with broom stick etc on daily basis

(a) Centrifugal pump set, Non-clogging submersible pump set, induction electric motor, chlorination system, air blower of any capacity and any make installes at sewage plant at bhind vihar

(b) Electric panel board indoor type, outdoor type, electric motor starters, measuring instruments and safety equipment of any capacity and any make installes at sewage plant at bhind vihar

(c ) Cast iron sluice valves of different sizes of any capacity and any make installes at sewage plant at bhind vihar

Outsourcing of services for Operation and routine maintenance of sewage treatment plant installation at Chambal complex 24 Hrs round the clock everyday in 2 shifts as per norms of following plants/Equipments etc. at Air Force Station Gwalior :-

Scope for Operation & Routine Maintenance

(i) Operation of all installed machinery equipment, switchgear for smooth operation of Residency pump house installation all as directed by engineer in charge.

(ii) Routine maintenance of installation like preventive check of all machinery for any defect and other similar activity for smooth operation of installation

(iii) Top up of water/coolant in DG set radiator,

(iv) Top up of battery water as and when required to maintain correct level,

(v) Repair/Replacement of gland rope of motor pump, sluice valve etc

(vi) Greasing of equipments

(vii) Tightening of loosen nut bolt,

(viii) Cleaning of fuel strainer of DG set

(ix) Drain sediments form fuel water separator of DG Sets

(x) Clean battery lead terminals

(xi) Entering Hourly record in log sheet of plant and equipment all as directed

(xii) Cleaning of instrument, machinery, equipment, panel etc including cleaning with cloth, detergent, brushes, kerosene etc

(xiii) Cleaning of Plant room, DG room, Chlorine room, rest room with broom stick etc on daily basis

(xiv) All deployed staff by contractor shall wear approved uniform

Scope for Operation & Routine Maintenance

Operation of all installed machinery equipment, switchgear for smooth operation ofChambal gate pump house all as directed by engineer in charge.

Routine maintenance of installation like preventive check of all machinery for any defect and other similar activity for smooth operation of installation

Top up of water/coolant in DG set radiator,

Top up of battery water as and when required to maintain correct level,

Repair/Replacement of gland rope of motor pump, sluice valve etc

Notes for Item No 1 to 3

(i) All staff deployed on work place shall wear approved uniform. Penalty Rs 100/- shall be impose on non wearing proper uniform

(ii) Penalty Rs 600/- shall be impose on plant machinery found unattended.

(iii)Rate for Attendance register, Wages Register, Routine maintenance Register and log sheet shall deemed to be included in above rates

(iv)Transportation of requisite store to the different installation shall be contractors responsibility

(v)Rate for battery water, cleaning cloth, detergent, gland rope, broom other T & P required for above work deemed to be included in rate quoted above

(vi) Insurance of all operator shall be contractors responsibility department will not be responsible for any accident

(vii)Materials/stores such as diesel/lubricant oil, grease, bearings, cotton waste, bleaching powder and chlorine gas/DHPP being consumed during operation of the plants shall be provided by contractor (Costs are deemed to be included in quoted rate). Contractor shall make necessary arrangement for transportation, loading, unloading and pouring of the same to the concerned plant/installation and cost of the same deemed to be included in quoted rate. All these material shall be kept in the custody of the JE (E/M) -in -charge and stores shall be consumed under the close supervision & directions of the concerned JE (E/M) and it will be the contractor’s responsibility for filling oil/lubricant oil, grease into fuel tank of DG sets & filling bleaching powder/chlorine gas/DHPP in the concerned plant/installation.

Every trademan must have his own identity card conforming the indian citizen.

Minimum wages as per minimum wages act must be paid to the trademan, if not found so, contractor will be held resposible for the same.

Cleanliness within 15 meters perophery of installation must be maintained by the contractor on his own arranged T&P otherwise fine of Rs 2000 shall be imposed.

Disposal of sludge/cake (manure) obtained from STPs will be outside of defence land through covered vehicle as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The rate quoted by contractor are deemed to be included in unit rate taken into consideration of the above aspect.

Testing of treated sewage for BOD/COD characteristics shall be done by contractor from Government approved laboratory approved by GE on monthly basis during the entire contract period and test report shall be submitted to GE. Cost of same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

(xviii)NOTE:- In case the overall quoted amount of any of bidder is less than the Amount works out based on the minimum wages as notified by Govt of India/ State/Local Body whichever is higher+ other libilities like EPF, GST etc + Cost towards uniform, materials etc+ Contractor"s profit, such bids shall be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance. It is further clarified that the lowest bid amongst the qualified bids, shall only be considered for acceptance provided the same is otherwise found in order on the merits of case.
