Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 300 x 450mm size conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black as in skirting, risers of steps and dados, fixed on and including 12 mm thick backing coat of CM (1:3) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying machine cut, mirror polished, granite stone slab, Perlato, Rosso verona, Fire Red or Dark Emperadore etc, Italian Marble stone flooring laid in required pattern in linear portion of the building all complete as per architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab laid over and including 20 mm (average) thick base of CM (1:4) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 4.4 Kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment to match the marble shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing machine cut, mirror polished, granite stone work for wall lining (veneer work) including dado, skirting, risers of steps etc., in required design and pattern wherever required, stones of different finished surface texture, fixed on and including 12 mm thick backing coat of CM (1:3) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on rough side of single or half brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm cement plaster in CM (1:4) on rough side of single or half brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of Distempering on old surfaces of walls /ceiling with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on walls/ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and ceiling including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over 1mm thick wall care putty as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed. Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash through fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e., at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required .
