Material and labour for providing a cement concrete layer average thickness 40mm using B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate)type concrete and finishing the surface.

M &L for industrial type virtified tiles 15 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and screed bed or bedding layer in CM1:3, 20mm thick for laying floor finishes.

M&L for Excavating in post holes hard/dense (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

M&L for sand filling under foundations, flooring, etc, including watering and consolidation.

M & L for P.C.C 1:4:8, D2 type using 40mm graded aggregated in foundation.

Supply and Fixing of mild steel flat 50mm width and 6 mm thick on the existing roof surfaces including cutting to shape, drilling holes for fixing 'J' Bolts 2 Nos Per Rafter (each one on both sides of each rafter,the rafter spacing is 4.00 metres) and the remaining distance between each rafter shall be fixed with self drilling / self tapping anti corrisive screws (not less than 2 Nos per RM of 55mm length screws) with EPDM seal and screw heads shall be applied with MS polymer (modified selaine) based sealant / adhesive to seal drilling holes in MS Flat / Galvalume sheet. complete all as directed by EIC.
