REPAIR TO DRAINS (RCC BRICK) DRAIN COVER ,COVER SLAB AND OTHER MISC BR WORKS IN MD ACCN AT AF STN JAMMU UNDER GE (AF) JAMMU

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc,.complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : Including removal demolished/excavated material out of defence line and dumped at govt approved dumping area and no extra payment will be made to contractot against the same.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified.

All as per description of serial item No 2 above but except bricks.complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down cement plaster of existing wall/ceiling in any thickness including racking out joint hacking for key scrubing down with water etccomplete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving (un reinforced) including Tiles Pavings blocks if any n exc. 15 cm. thicknesses, below or above ground level, complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in- charge.. Note : Including removal demolished/excavated material out of defence line and dumped at govt approved dumping area and no extra payment will be made to contractot against the same.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor,hard standing surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate panel including use and waste of formwwork fair or rounding or chamfered of exposed edges complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(40 mm graded stone agg) as Foundation, Filling, mass concrete , bed of drains, base concrete etc complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping, cills, steps, kneelers, bed plates, apex stones kerbs and similar work including necessary form work complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in surface channels and drainscomplete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in- charge.
