(b) for item no. 1, 7, 12 and 17 :- (1) The 'C' Check Maint spares, engine oil, Coolant, caustic soda solution (restore plus) will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule. 2. Any other check as per menufacturer's instructions / Engr In charge directeion shall be carried out by the contractor and the same may be included in the quoted rate.and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down the defective radiator assembly from the position and transport to work shop for removing the damaged cooling fin layer, including supply and fix singe layer radiator fin assembly of complete set made up of copper fins and tube suitable for 82.5 to 125 KVA DG set of any make including bracing work in any layer for the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note : Each layer of cooling fin shall be measured and paid separetely)

M&L for service charges for Carrying out the 'B' Check maint from authorised rep or service engineer from the manufacturer of DG set of Engine Greaves/Kirloskar/Cummins of 100 to 125 KVA checking of vibration damper, checking turbo charger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws & nuts, replacment of filters, checking inlet & Exhaust manifold capscrews, checking of fan hub & water pump, toping up level the existing engine oil, coolant top up and in replacement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including supplying & fixing of following spares :- (a) Kit, fuel filter and ring 01 set (b) Element for Lubrication oil filter 01 set (c) Kit, Element of super bypass filter 01 set (d) Seal, O Ring 01 set Note :- 'B' check shall be carried out on run of 500 hrs or 03 months which ever is earlier.

M&L for dismantling the defective alternator / field winding of any capacity from the existing foundation and from Engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to approved / authorised / directed workshop, opening and taking out burnt winding, cleaning the stator assy rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge as per original manufacturer and applying insulating varnishing of ‘F’ class, baking in oven re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site re-installing the same position, carrying out alignment of complete DG set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning complete. Note : - (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces. (b) The DG set shall be tested on load as per rated capacity for the satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge to achieve designed parameters.

S & F in repair door hinges for canopy of any capacity of DG set door including nut, bolt, drilling of hole, welding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling the old and unserviceable DG Set rubber hose pipe complete set suitable for 20 to 62.5 KVA DG set of any make and type and replacing the same with of existing size and equal length for any capacity DG Set including both side hose clamp, with nut, bolt and washers as required , etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per description of srl item No 32 above but for capacity 82.5KVA to 125KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair battery terminals brass suitable for 95 AH to 180 AH battery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair rectifiers diodes for 20 to 125 KVA DG sets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar/ Cummins/stanford .

M&L for dismantling the radiator assy from the DG set of 82.5 to 125 KVA capacity carefully for necessary repair , soldering the cooling tube if found weak /leakage,cleaning properly, replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber mounting bushes etc and refixing at the same site including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per description of srl item No 36 above but for capacity 20KVA to 62.5KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F battery charging unit panel mounted automatic operated electronically 24 Volts DC out put and 230 volts incoming AC , as per the existing make and size to accomodate in the space provided in the AMF panel board . Make : Sucam / Bharat or or equivalent as aproved by GE .

S & F in repairs connecting and commissioing lead acid battery 12 volts 180 AH all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L for dismantling the unserviceable Dynamo / Alternators 12/24 volts and rewinding with ‘F’ class copper wire of 22 /existing gauge incl dismantling the old coil, cleaning thoroughly and winding with super enamelled copper cord of existing size and gauge, varnishing, drying etc and re fixing with dynamo/alternator properly including testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling the defective Dynamo /Alternators 12/24 volts and necessary repair with replacement of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, defective wiring, and soldering after re-fixing at site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling and taking out the defected speed Governor unit with fuel injector pump assy from the DG set, transport to authorised work shop (as approved by Engg-in charge), cleaning the Fuel injector, Nozzle, calibration in test bench re-assembling into the DG set with necessary new gaskets/ nut, bolt and washer and testing complete all as directed. Note : The cost of spares like new injector / nozzle / gasket / seal / nut, bolt and washers are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for dismantling the defective Radiator assy from the DG set of 20 to 62.5 KVA capacity by disconnecting all incoming and out going cooling line, transporting to the work shop cutting and taking out the all fins with cooing line replace the same size with new copper cooling line with fins by bracing work complete incl leak arrest in radiator tank by welding and sealing and re-fix the same into the old position all as directed.

All as per description of srl item No 62 above but for capacity 82.5KVA to 125KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx 60cmx 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth plate surrounded by packed alternate layers of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around top and bottom and watering pipe 40mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh and 50mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip 32mmx6mm from top of earth plate upto test point (upto 7.5metre in length) connected with suitable size of GI nuts, bolts and washers all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of soil/rock, PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 50mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @ 100mm c/c both ways with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including formwork and MS frame using MS angle iron 25x25x3mm complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair Off Load change over switch 200 Amps, 4 Pole made out of Sheet steel enclosure side operated including replacement of incoming and outgoing lugs and fixing arrangement on panel/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for taking up or laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in layers including leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand to be laid in 8 cms before laying of cable and 15 cms above cable in treanch as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed. Note: for payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured

M/L for brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning to cable in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, of XLPE under ground insulated,,armoured,heavy duty LT 1100 volts 16 Sqmm 4.0 core grade cable with aluminium conductor laid in trenches/pipes, fixed to poles/walls with suitable saddle complete all as directed incl taking out the old burnt out cables all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
