Dismantling of old electric defective panel by cutting grinding by cutter, hammer & other electrical instruments and disconnecting all cable connections by using electric, tools & tackels and skilled labour with arrange all safety equipments.
Fabrication of MS tin shed for safety purpose of complete system from the rain fabricated by MS sheet of 3mm thickness, angle of size (50mmx50mmx6mm), flat iron of size (75mmx6mm), nut bolts and washer as per site requirement. (Size of shed 3 mtr X 2.4 mtr)
Fixing of M.S. Tin shed including the cost of grouting with civil work and RCC work complete in all respect with tool & tackelsand manual labour at site.
Testing / commissioning of the panel and all electrical items by proper Meggaring of all equipment for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth on NO load & full load after commissioning of all connections
Earthing with G.l. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required details of cost for one Set DSR-2022 E&M Code-5.4
Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm) (DSR E&M 2022 item no. 5.9)
