Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 4.12.1)

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks 1:5 of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:5 (HSR 7.20.1)

Cement plaster 1:4 in brick walls (HSR 11.5.3)

Ponting on brick work dry brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Fine Sand) Flush/Ruled/Struck or weathered pointing. (HSR 11.25.1)

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement sqm 36 360 396 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1: 1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. (HSR 6.29.2)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level TIMT bars of grade Fe-500 D (HSR 6.33.6)

Providing and laying of conglomerate floor 50mm thick cement concrete over CC 1:2:4 topping 50mm thick (HSR 10.7)
