Sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose (ii) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used.
