Material and labour for one fan point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amp wiring with 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of 1.60 mm thick with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, brass screws, cup washers etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 04 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 04 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing including taking out the unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of industrial type SPN enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including MCB, SP, AC, 240 volt of 20 Amp, 'C' curve 10 KA breaking capacity and flush to wall including all cuttings & chases etc in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of stationery storage type electric BEE 5 star rated Hot Water Geyser of capacity 25 Ltr to operate on 230 volt AC, vertical type, white in colour, working pressure min 0.8 Mpa with multi function safty valve and PUF insulation incl 04 nos fastner of size 100 x 10 mm with 02 nos washer , water connection with 02 nos flexiable steel hose pipe of size 15 mm , 450mm length, adjustable thermostat, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Jaquar ELENA 25LTR/Havells Monza Digi 25LTR or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing of stationery storage type electric BEE 5 star rated Hot Water Geyser of capacity 50 Ltr to operate on 230 volt AC, vertical type, white in colour, working pressure min 0.8 Mpa with glass lined coated tank, magnesium anode, adjustable thermostat, enamel coated incology heating element 2 KW, ABS plastic body including 4 nos full threaded fastner of size 100 x 10 mm with 2 Nos washer, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells Monza DX 50L/Usha Misty 50L or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F metallic top suitable for 20 Amp capacity plug & socket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 600mm long steel connection pipe hot series with both side nut with rubber washer suitable for 50 Ltr geysers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore bib taps, ISI marked, cast copper alloy , chromium plated Fancy type handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing galvanised iron tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, sockets, reducers, unions etc as required at site laid in walls through proper clamps complete all as specified and directed.
