Dismantling/ taking down existing worn out door without causing any damaged to door sensor and supply, fixing commissioning and testing of complete car door, suitable to existing lift SS Honycomb finish metal sheet minimum 1.25mm thickness SS sheet standard 304 and scratch resistant and complete door operator assembly system (i.e. door motor, door drive air card) and car sill for smooth opening of car doors suitable for 08 passenger lift (make of lift M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd.) width of centre opening 800mm, height of opening 2000mm, two way centre opening, 2 hours fire rating with gate lock, door shoe and other all fittings and refixing of taking down door sensor as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- As per OEM recomendation) NOTE:- (i) Rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be inclusive of minor spares such as gate lock, door rollers, skates, door shoe, door rope, etc. (ii) Any damaged done by the contractor shall be replace with same make and model of the door sensor while taking down and rectify the same free of cost by the contractor.)

Dismantaling/Taking down old unserviceable landing door and Supply , fixing, testing and commossioning of complete Landing door, SS hairline finish metal sheet (18 gauge approx) 1.2 mm thickness SS sheet standard 304 scratch resistance including complete door header assy (i.e door hanger roller) and landing sill suitable for 08 Passenger lift (make of lift M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd.), width of centre opening 800mm, height of opening 2000mm, two way centre opening, 2 hours fire rating with gate lock, door shoe and other all fittings as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. India Ltd.) serving G+6 storey ( 7 storeis ) as per site requirement welding/brazing etc including taking down old unserviceable sheave along with all connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. India Ltd.) serving G + 6 = 7 stories as per site requirement welding/brazing etc including taking down old unserviceable Main Drive complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make :- As per OEM recommendation).

Notes :- (i) The repair work shall be done throuhg OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 93 & 94 from OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd. within Twenty Eight days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default.
