Demolition of PCC in roof covering. Kerbs, roof kerbs, benching, coved fillets etc including old decayed water proofing treatment of any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of roof surfaces by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and supply & laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with WPC @ 3% weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge..

M&L for painting of roof surfaces with one coat of polymeric primer @ 0.40 kg per sqm conforming to IS: 3384 and a coat of bitumen grade 30/40 @ 1.20 kg/ Sqm and laying of APP based polymeric membrane minimum 3 mm thick minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish uniformly embedded during manufacturing process. Side over lap shall be 75 mm and ends shall be 100 mm and all over lap and joints insert upto thr ht 150 cm on vertical surface imbeded in wall and finishing in CM 1:3, embeding membrane into spout pipe, roof downward facia and shall sealed by torch application with bitumen 30/40 grade complete all as specified. Application of polymeric membrane shall be torch application all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.. (Make:- IWL,Tikki Tar)

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid over 15mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:3) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 tpye B0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate in roof kerbs etc. rounded or chamfered on junction of wall and slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and making good, cutting exc 10cm but n exc 20 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster from PCC/ stone surface / brick surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces on ceiling including finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concretebut excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 12 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking up or down the existing unserviceable GI pipe and S&F for new galvanised steel water tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ditto all as per Srl item No 26 here in before but 20 mm bore

Dismantling of existing 500 ltr water tank with float valve and M&L new 500 ltr tripple layer threaded type cover, ISI marked rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) white colour, hoisted and fixed in position & including 20mm PVC ball valve all as specified in SSR part-I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Notes: (i) The water storage tanks shall be 3 layers, HDPE tanks moulded to seem-less perfection of rotational moulding process. The tanks shall be manufactured only from FDA approved special grade of polyethylene and shall be certified fit for potable water.(ii) The tanks shall be with two layered wall and shall be ISI marked. Also refer paras 18.60 and 18.60 A of MES Schedule Part-I.(iii) Payment for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes and ball valve shall be made separately. However cost of providing necessary GI fittings such as nipples with check nuts for inlet and outlet pipes, GI plug with check nut for over flow pipe and 30 cm long wash out pipe, GI 20mm nominal bore, medium grade and check nut for wash out pipes of size as per actual requirements and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.(iv) HDPE storage tanks shall be procured from the manufacturers as per Appendix “D”.)

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in rectangular/circular raised platform of height 20 cm and dia 20 cm more than the external dia of tank for PVC tank of capicity 500/1000 litres , surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

`Disconnecting existing tanks, seetting asside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position capicity exc 250 ltr & nexc 500 litre (cleaning repairing etc, measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair stop valve 15 mm bore , cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ditto all as per Srl item No 30 here in before but 20 mm bore

S&F in repair Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polytheene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe orr brass ferrule for 20 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated,semicorrugated etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L 6mm thick asbestes cement corrugated, semicorrugated sheet in roof fixed with " L" type of "J" type hook all as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Ditto all as per Srl item No 33 here in before but except sheet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hollow /fluted polycarbonate sheets 10 mm over all thickness with two walls seprate by ribs in roof fixed at joint with suitable notched for strip Aluminium beads, filled with silicon jel and edge of sheet shall be covered suitable light Aluminium section complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Make :- PDM sourcing, canco fasterns, sun pack plastic)

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based trapezodial profile roofing sheets 0.50 mm thick of any color /length having tensile strength of 550MPa, AZ 150 as in roof coverings having effective and overall width 1015 mm and 1072 mm respectively , profile hieght 28.5 mm and centre to centre distance between ribs 203 mm fixed with self tapping GI screws at 500 mm centre to centre all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fiber,pulp insulation etc) or insulation board/slabes/blankets,any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F aluminium frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of aluminium perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre /intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with aluminium cleat and steel expension fasteners with and including ceiling section compmlete frame work leveled at hanged with 4mm GI wire Max. Spacing 1.20 m both way complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid inserted to Aluminium framework with screws and fixed in ceiling / slopping roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Make : Everest/RAMCO)

S&F rolled mild steel work hollow section medium duty of wall thickess 3.25 to 4.05 mm as in column, roof trussess (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section, MS pipe) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Preparing previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
