Excavation in Trenches/foundation for septic tanks, pipes, sewers, storm water drains, footings etc in all soils except soft and hard rock at all depths from average ground level including dewatering if necessary, dressing bottom to required level, profile/slope, clearing of all the areas involving excavation of all grass,rank vegetation, shrubs,bushes,cutting of trees upto 300mm grith measured at 1.0 mtr above ground level disposing the soil within a distance of 50m, complete as directed.

Filling available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, levelling, lead up to 50 m.

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete of M-30 grade (Minimum Cementations Content not less than 350 Kg/Cum) by insitu mixing using Weigh Batcher or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla, Ready Mix up to specified level using Portland slag cement/Portland composite cement conforming to IS code (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crushed sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications, pumping/ lifting concrete to the required height, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete as per specifications but excluding form work, centering and shuttering and steel reinforcement at all depths below and above floor level.

Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates vertical, horizontal, sloping including erecting, fixing, striking, removing and clearing for all cement concrete works as shown in drawings or as required including all chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces in contact with concrete etc., as per Standard Practice complete as directed. in foundation plinth column flooring,machine foundation,piller,post,struts,sofits of beam,beam haunching,lintel,cantilever,girder, walls partition wall, sofits of cantilever suspended floors,landings, balconies,chajjas etc.
