M&L for demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks except bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement in CM 1:4 on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of cement base paint white or tinted including preparation of old surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foudation filling, and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil each n exc 0.5 Cum filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, complete all speecified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foudation for fencing post filling, and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel work for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for securing wire links at (Top, middle, & bottom), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing chain link fencing galvanised mild steel wires 4mm dia mwsh size not less than 75mm x 75mm etc, including provision of MS binding wires or fixing with nut and bolts with angle iron post complete all as per directions of Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing concertina coil 600mm round dia (at streched position) made with hot dipped galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti-corrosive paint (dia of steel wire shall not be less than 3mm), making diamond shape with the help of dovetailed clips having 18 SWG sheet fixed over razor wire medium barbs,concertina coil to be fixed with razor wire at points wherever coil touched the bottom of razor wire with the help of hog rings 14 SWG including all fittings & fasteners clips, steel lugs rings complete as specified & directed Note - Strech length of each coil shall be 6 RM. Angle iron shall be measured & Paid seperately, Hogging shall be fixed at interval of 600mm centre wherever it touches with razor wire, Over lapping of coil and razor wire shall be 300mm , Suitable number of razor wire shall be fixed along the length of condcertina coil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 30 cm long and dia of neck exceeding 12 but not exceeding 20mm complete.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description exc 10cm with or girth an applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing’s and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors including spreading and levelling in layers n.exc 50mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings cills and the similar items including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in levelling course, benching etc, finished even & rough to receive cement mortar screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in levelling course for floor benching etc, finished even & rough to receive cement mortar screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 22-25 mm thick, machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cment slurry in floors with grey cement and pgment including 15 mm thick screed bed 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
