Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen 80/100 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (VG-10) UPPWD SOR 2020/AR/YEIDA

Providing and applying Tack coat on prepared surface with bitumen VG 10 in boiler and spraying tack coat with spray set fitted on bitumen boiler including clearing , preparing the existing road surface as per specification on granular Base such as W.B.M. and W.M.M. surface not bitumen primed with 2.5 Kg Of bitumen for 10 sqm. Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 25 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-a) or 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-b) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade.25 mm thick.
