Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of electric driven fire pumps suitable for automatic operation consisting of the following (as per specification).

Horizontal split casing single/ multistage, single/ multioutlet pumping set complete with bronze impeller with C.I. body, SS shaft and sleeve and connected by a flexible coupling to a totally enclosed fan cooled squirrel cage induction motor Mounted on common bed plate of fabricated mild steel channel with cushy foot mounting with all pump accessories complete as per specification including pressure gauges, circulatory relief valve, mechanical seal, lubricated grease bearing, gun metal isolation valves etc. Make:Kirloskar/M&P

Motor to be suitable for 415V, 50Hz, AC supply of required H.P (or as per pump efficiency) rating for the above pumps. Motor shall accept +/- 10% variation in voltage and +/- 3% variation in frequency.

Diesel Engine Driven Fire Pump Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of diesel engine driven stand by pump suitable for automatic operation consisting of the following (as per specification)

Horizontal split casing single/ multistage, single/ multioutlet pumping set with CI body, bronze impleller, SS Shaft and sleeve and mechanical seal and connected by means of a flexible coupling to a water cooled diesel engine developing required BHP for the above pump mounted on common bed plate of fabricated mild steel channel with cushy foot mounting with all pump accessories, circulatory relief valve etc, diesel engine starting panel for starting of the lead acid 24V, 180 AH (including one spare battery) and battery charger as per specification. Rate shall include fittings of exhaust pipe as per separate items, with muffler, day oil tank of 990 ltrs capacity with fire resistance glass type fuel indicator pipe, first charge, and hand pump set, with secondary container arrangement including all internal cabling/piping as required for commissioning. Fuel tank shall be of 4mm thick sheet, factory made and shall have indication of low fuel switch, fuel level indicator, shut off nozzle and audiable alarm in engine panel. Batteries of same needs to be auto charged through electrical panel as well by introducing battery charger and necessary arrangement for cut of same battery charger supply when engine is started and necessary data for health of battery shall be displayed on electrical panel.Make:Kirloskar/M&P
