Deep Drilling of 125 mm dia Bore Hole by using ODEX method including providing, installation, testing, commissioning of submersible pump set at Tourist Reception Centre (TRC) in District Poonch on Turnkey Basis (EPC) under UT Capex (2026-27)

Deep drilling of bore hole 125 mm dia. upto 100 mtrs BGL or above as per the strata encountered as per IS specifications by using ODEX method and installation, testing & commissioning of Mark-II Hand Pump along with additional Riser Pipes/Connecting Rods if required. The job also includes construction of Cement Concrete Platform as per site conditions.

Providing of 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe. The 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4 mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 electric resistance welded beveled ended inside beed free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be beed free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. The cost includes transportation charges upto the site and 3rd party inspection charges of the material at the manufacturer end.

Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set of 1.5 HP of reputed make conforming to relevant IS Code. The job includes erection of tri pod stand and fixing of chain pulley block. Then lowering of submersible pump set into the bore hole by way of providing and lowering of requisite length of HDPE water well pipes of 32 mm dia, submersible cable with fixtures such as support wire, clamps, nuts, bolts & washers. Providing and fitting of automatic voltage stabilizer of reputed make 5 KVA (oil-cooled). Providing, fitting and installation of single-phase starter controller panel of reputed make to run submersible pump set of 1.5 hp. Fabrication, providing, installation and fitting of box type sheet enclosure with canopy for fitting of panel and voltage stabilizer with proper spacing. Providing and laying of 2.5 sq mm submersible cable from Starter to Pump. Providing and laying of 2 core PVC insulated cable (Aluminum) as service line required from LT pole to starter panel of reputed make. Making of electrical connection with the starter panel, service line and submersible pump set after properly thimbling and testing and commissioning thereof. The job also include providing/ layingof GI/CPVC pipe of suitable diameter from borehole outlet to designated delivery point, alongwith providing and fitting of necessary bends, elbows, sockets and other required fittings. The job includes cost of material, labour charges and testing of bore at site.
