Inspection of bottom side gooseneck slope area of rear water wall screen tubes

Transporting the refractory from MTPS-II central store to boiler "0" mtr, leading and lifting to the required elevation of boiler by providing chain block, pulley and rope.

Removing of old refractory and bringing to ‘0’m, including cost of all consumables, tools and plants etc.,

Providing shuttering for refractory and applying new refractory in the required area of HRA & gooseneck slope area of rear water wall screen tubes location including consumables and hire charges for T&Ps.

Removal of G.I sheet and insulation three layer (60mm x 3 = 180mm thick) from bottom side gooseneck slope area of rear water wall screen tubes required area in Boiler 1st pass and refixing after completion of rectification works.

Arrangement of platform and scaffolding materials and erection of the same wherever required in the bottom side gooseneck slope area of rear water wall screen tubes for inspection entire width of boiler (20 mtr.) to find out any gaps in bottom plate area for avoid air-ingress.

Patch up welding & fabrication works in the bottom side gooseneck slope area of rear water wall screen tubes entire width of boiler (20 mtr.) where ever gaps in bottom plate area to avoid air-ingress, including charges for consumables and hire charges for T&Ps and supply of required carbon steel plate.
