M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450x350x7mm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces, mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and applying evenly a tack coat of primer at the rate of 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning the surfaces thoroughly from dust and dirt and lay water proofing treatment with App modifed felt having with glass fiber non woven reinforcement 150 Grm/ sqm and weighing 3.0 Kgs/Sqm in 100mm overlaps both longitudinally and transversely by torch bounding over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kgs/Sqm on top of felt as in sunken floor (bottom and vertical) complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately .)
