Removal of following existing unserviceable steel/UNSV components of various furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, welding, gluing, providing hinges, denting, applying putty for leveled surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion of Almirah Steel Medium Complete all as specified and as applicable as drawings,FD-1032. Removing of unserviceable and worn out legs and providing new legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet fabricated to shape as per existing almirah steel with shelves/Half S & Half H Large complete all as specified and directed.
Removing of unserviceable shelves and providing new shelves made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick with fixing brackets of existing type almirah Med steel complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for removing unserviceable shutter and providing new shutter using MS sheet 1.00mm thick as per existing shape Almirah Med steel. (Drg No FD-1032) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the old unserviceable arm of the chair revolving executive by unscrewing the bolt from the inner side, Supply and fixing new arm to the chair revolving executive of the same shape and size as of existing one. The arm shall be of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert, it shall be scratch and weather resistant.
Removing the old unserviceable complete pedestal assembly along with hydraulic system of chair revolving executive by removing the pin from bottom carefully without damaging the upper portion. Removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic from the chair and Recanning the chair with plastic cane 3.5mm to 4mm wide, white colour, (MAT Pattern),half round, virgin quality as approved by Engr-in-Charge.
Removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic / newar from the chair verandah and supply and fixing PVC seat 4mm thick in lieu of cane after providing two additional stiffener at centre of seat & back with 25x5 mm flat Iron welded with centre of the frame duly white painted for support of PVC seat. .Due care shall be taken while fixing the PVC seat, The PVC seat shall get approved from BSO before supply.
Best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.
Painting the frame of the chairs by two coats of synthetic enamel white of approved quality.

Scratching the entire frame of chair and applying desired coat of synthetic enamel olive green/steel grey paint after preparation of surfaces. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
02 nos of MS flat of size 25mmx4mm welded beneath in between the width of the chair for support of seat. supply and fixing new seat made of teak wood duly polished in natural shade including cane work in godrej pattern, fitting in position with nut bolts and washers and screws to fix two flats placed beneath the seat complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.
Removing the old unserviceable back from the frame of the chair. Supply and fixing new back made of teak wood duly polished in natural shade including cane work in godrej pattern, fitting in position with nut bolts and washers.

Seat of the chair made out of 12mm plywood. The plywood shall be fixed over wooden frame made out of batten of size 40mmx20mm with nail and adhesive. The entire structure shall be covered with 100mm foam cushion and overwhich best quality tapestry cloth shall be fixed as directed by Engr-In –Charge. 02 nos of MS flat of size 25mmx4mm welded beneath in between the width of the chair for support of seat. The seat shall be fixed in between the frame with nut bolts and washers.
Back of the chair made out of 6mm plywood. The plywood shall be fixed over wooden frame made out of batten of size 40mmx20mm with nail and adhesive. The entire structure shall be covered with 50mm foam and over which best quality tapestry cloth shall be fixed as directed by Engr-In –Charge. The seat shall be fixed in between the frame with nut bolts and washers.
Arm of the chair made out of 25mm thick teak wood in the shape of the arm.The arm shall be covered with 50mm foam and over which best quality tapestry cloth shall be fixed as directed by Engr-In –Charge. The arm shall be fixed over the conduit pipe and to be screwed from below.

Note:- (a) The amount of Rs 42519.00 against Schedule of Credit on Page No 113 to 115 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance. (b) One Skilled carpenter, One skilled painter and one skilled polisher shall be provided daily in entire contract period for day to day urgent complaint for that attendence will be taken by Eng-in-Charge. Failing for providing the same will be panalized @1000/per day and the same will be recover from the bill of Contractor. Decision of GE will be final and binding.
