Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Hygiene & Odor Control Unit - Wall mounted Advanced Oxidation Plasma (AOP) Cell Technology Air Purifier comprising of nanoX chamber of sufficient wattage with a coating of 5 metals comprising nano TiO2, gold, silver , copper and palladium along with EPA approved antimicrobial coating having antimicrobial coating targeted on Aluminium matrix cell duly enclosed by a poly quartz casing tube with the capability to produce ionized Hydroxyl oxidizers with in-built plasmOX to generate ion generator pins (+- ions 10^6 per second). The Unit must operated through a remote controller to ON/OFF the unit and the remote controller should also capable of operating the 2 technologies (nanoX, & plasmOX). The nanoX chamber shall produce only Germicidal UV (by definition this means 99.99% UV-C energy). The outer body of unit should be powder coated (PU) with ultrafine finish & the thickness of PU coating will not less than 100 microns. The Advanced Oxidation Plasma(AOP) Cell Technology Air Purifier shall be capable of removing Particulate matter, Gaseous Contamination as well as Microbial Contamination using the nanoX and plasmOX technology that is without the use of any filters. The filter-based technology/ system is not acceptable. The product shall be certified by Indian/ Foreign Lab for the following parameters PM 2.5, PM 10, Co2, CO, TVOC, Formaldehyde, Sulphur di oxide, nitrogen di oxide, ammonia, ozone, Total plate count, yeast and mold along with efficacy report & test report for the same is need to be provided. The equipment shall be certified by GreenPro, TUV, CE, ISO 9001:2015, ROHS with 2015/863/EU Low Voltage Directive along with FDA compliance certifications. The technology cell shall have a microbiological testing report against Bacteriophage (MS-2 FDA) surrogate SARS Cov-2 with a minimum efficiency of 99 percent along with a Virology report from ICMR/CCMB lab with a minimum efficiency of 99 percent against SARS COV2 within 45 minutes and H1N1 testing kills the virus greater than 99 percent with 30 mins. The technology shall be tested by ICMR/ IIT on human Alveolar Basal Epithelial Cells stating that there is no change in the structure and prove that it is absolutely safe for humans. The product supplied must make in India. The Advanced Oxidation Plasma (AOP) Cell Technology Air Purifier should not produce ozone, the certification for the same shall be attached.The unit should be complete with all electrical accessories, control cabling etc. required for successful operation of the device.
