Repair of overhead shed in Police station Building at Purunakatak PS for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead and lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed etc complete.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with fine course sand of approved quality in layer not exceding 23.5 cm (9") free from organic and vegitation materials, well watered and rammed including all cost conveyance, royalty taxes and all labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying concrete in laysers not exceeding 9"tick to the required level including cost conveyance and royalty of all materials with all taxes and compacting waterign curing and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4)with 12m size hard granite chips including cost, conveyance, royalty etc. complete.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade exculding cost of distemper. etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing Weather paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade exculding cost of paint. etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with approved paint on new wood work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting and supplying Iron trusses and pourline for roof frame as per drawing and specification including cost and carriage etc. complete.

Providing for fixing G.C.I. Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc. excluding cost of fitting etc including cost of materials, all taxes, labour T & P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing for fixing GCI sheet ridges or valleys (double) etc including cost of materials, all taxes, labour T & P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm. Thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) for smooth finished to brick work etc. complete.
