THE FOLLOWING WORKS ARE REQUIRED FOR REPLACEMENT OF 60MVA T/F NO.2 CONTROL PANEL OLD AND OBSOLETE DETAIL OF WORK AS GIVEN BELOW

Dismantling of 220/33 KV 60 MVA Transformer No. 2 Control Panel Old and obsolete (ALSTOM MAKE), the works includes opening of grouted bolts & nuts, cutting of earthing strip and opening of all cable connections along with DC and AC and shifting from control room to substation store distance approx. 150 mtr. (DISMANTLE,PANEL,C&R/PROTECTION/CONTROL)

Erection of New 220/33 KV Transformer Control Panel (SEMANCE MAKE) as per technical specifications the work includes shifting of panel from S/S store to Control Room at site of work.(ERECTION OF RELAY/CONTROL PANEL FOR POWER TRANSFORMER)

Cable termination of various size control cable in new C&R Panel as per cable schedule including cost of ferrules and cable glands along with drilling work will be carried out in plate of cable glands. (PREPARATION OF CABLE SCHEDULE AND CASE INTERCONNECTION DIAGRAM IN BETWEEN RELEVANT PANELS, BREAKERS. CT, PT, CVT, ETC.)

Earthing of control panel/relay panel by MS Flat of size 50x6 mm, the work includes cutting, bending & Electric welding to complete the job. (FRESH EARTHING, CONNECTED WITH EARTHMAT 50X6MM)

THE FOLLOWING WORKS ARE REQUIRED FOR REPLACEMENT OF 245KV SF-6 CGL MAKE GCB OLD AND OBSOLETE DETAIL OF WORK AS GIVEN BELOW

Dismantling of 245KV Preumatic operated SF-6 gas pressure circuite breaker (CGL make) of following bays by opening nuts as per order. (DISMANTLING OF 245KV SF6 CIRCUIT BREAKER)

Modification of foundation for installation of 245 KV SEMANCE make SF-6 New GCB at the bay of 60 MVA T/F No. 2 the job includes matching of foundation ancher bolts of new structure by fabricating work of above GCB by electric welding in all three poles and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorly in all respects. (MODIFICATION OF FOUNDATION OF CIRCUIT BREAKER.)

Erection of 245KV circuit breaker SEIMENS make of following bays as per technical specification including shifting of equipment as per order. (ERECTION OF 245KV SF6 CIRCUIT BREAKER.)

Cable laying of various size cables as per cable schedule provided by the Department to the contractor and cable tracing from old circuit breaker making cable as per order (LAYING, DRESSING AND BINDING OF CABLE INCLUDING FIXING OF CABLE TRAY, SUPPORT STRUCTURE AN D TERMINATION OF CABLE MARKING AND ITS FERRULING AS PER CABLE SCHEDULE AND INTER- CONNECTI ON INCLUDING SHIFTING OF OLD CABLE AS PER REQUIREMENT OF RTCC PANEL, MARSHALLING BOX, DRIV ING MECHANISM,OTI,WTI BUCHOLZ RELAY,PRV, COOLING FANS, PUMPS,OLTC MARSHALLING BOX ETC.)

Jumpering by ACSR Zebra /Moose conductor (JUMPER,BAY,FEEDER,220KV,INCL DISM/IF,REQ)

Earthing of circuit breaker by MS Flat 75 x 10 mm from MS round bar. The work includes digging of soil connect MS Flat as per order (FRSH EARTG,CONN W/EARTHMAT 75X10 MM IN NO)

Shifting of Dismantle 220KV circuit breaker from work site to designated place in 220KV S/S RPH (pprox.. distance 500 meter) and all other associated work. the work will be carried out with the help Hydra / Crane safely and carefully. (SHIFTING OF MISCELLANEOUS DISMANTLED MATERIALS GREATER THAN 20 METER DISTANCE.)
