Material and labour for cleaning of complete sludge collection chambers with partition wall of Sewage sump No.1 at Camp I of size 6 mtr x 3 mtr x 4.5 mtr (Inside sump) and size 10 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 5.5 mtr (out side sump) by pumping out fluid and taking out sedimented sludge mannualy/machinery and cleaning of all sidewalls by wire brush removing of mud out side and painting of inside wall of sump and chamber with black bituminous paint and white wash on out side exposed wall which is exposed externally (outside surface) as well as at internally (inside wall surface which is not submerging with sewage water), including removing of taken out sludge away from the installation and sludge to be burried in a pit excavated min 60 mtr away from pump house and covering of pit by refilling of excavated soil over it after lime spray over sludge. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - (i) Cleaning (de sludging) of sump to be done in the interval of minimum 4 months or as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Contractor has to mention the date of cleaning of sump and next due date of cleaning by providing Acrylic board to fixed on wall. (iii) The T&P, Dewatering pump and any other arrangements required on site for desludging of sewage sump to be done by contractor. (iv) All safety measure to be taken and safety kits etc shall be provided by the contractor to their labours deployed for sump cleaning. (v) Contractor has to complete the work of cleaning the sludge from sump in time bond period by deploying adequate labour and T&P. (vi) While cleaning of sump suitable arrangement to be done by contractor for dewatering the sump by providing pump etc considering the water from incoming line in sump cannot be stopped for cleaning of sump.

Material and labour for cleaning of 150 mm dia CI sewage pipe line by filling of chemical solution or by mechanical drive for each pipe length and flushing out with fresh water and re-connecting the same after cleaning of pipe with new lead joint all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note : (a) Earth work will be measured under relevant item. (b) Contractor should arrange pump, chemical solution or mechanical drive and fresh water for cleaning. (c) Lead joints will be measured under relevant item.
Material and labour for run lead joints for connecting of the CI pipes of size 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for dismantling old unserviceable starter Panel of any capacity & any type and fixing of New starter panel made up of sheet metal enclosure consisting fully automatic star/Delta starter, with auto restart feature, vibration proof enclosure with IP-54, oven load protection , single phase , phase reversal and phase imbalance protection, ampere meter and voltmeter , 415 volt ,50 Hz , 3 phase, relay range 17-24 Amps, contactor of 25 Amps, including grouting of nut bolts and fixing the same in wall suitable for 15 HP motor, complete all as specified and as directed.
Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting electrical connection of 3 phase motor of any capacity and any type from starter panel, lifting from foundation or lifting from sump if submersible and carrying to workshop for repair and replacement of spare parts. Re-installation in existing location after repairing including reconnection, testing etc and spray painting of motor with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for framed work for valve pit chamber cover made of Mild steel (MS) equal angle and MS sheet 3.00 mm thick including welding , cutting ,hinges , locking arrangments , painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after one coat of aluminium red oxide primer including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description provided for valve pit chamber complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix water level indicator made of aluminium base, marked with white Radium paint connected with steel wire rope 4 mm dia to counter weight showing level of water containing in tank including 8" dia brass float ball , and greasing of revolving pulley of as per site requirement and fixed to pillar of water tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Materrial and labour for providing cement concrete of ratio 1:3:6 of stone aggregate 40mm grade for valve pit chamber bottom filling of 25mm thcik including demolation of concrete of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for brick work with Fly ash Modular bricks, "Straight or curved on plain in cement mortar 1:4 for repair of valve pit chamber including demolation of brickwork or stone complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for rendering cement plaster (1:4) 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface including taking down down plaster on brick or stone wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
