Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as spd and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unrein forced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm tickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) in sub base of floors 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finished complete all as spd / directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic cut tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but n.exceeding 0.18sqm as in floors set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finished complete all as spd and directed.

M & L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid over cement screed bed of 20 mm thick of cement mortar 1:4 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with gray cement with no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade laid over and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning including spreading in layers and rolled consolidated to thickness of 50mm (minimum) for receiving precast PCC interlocking blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured cut tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4). Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floors cement concrete surface rough to receive tiles or other top layers complete all as spciified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finish the cement concrete surfaces laid in bays incl filling the expansion joint with sealing compound complete all as spciified and directed.

Demolition brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar as in wall etc complete all as directed.

M&L brick work with modular fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on external surfaces of wall in CM 1:4 including finished surfaces even and somooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions .(Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on celing of concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster as in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or Concrete surface including dubbing coat if required & finishing with surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed(No extra payement will be paid for dubing coat) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2 coat of white wash including preparation of new plaster surface on ceiling complete all as directed.

M&L for applying 3 coat of white wash including preparation of new plaster surface on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of oil bound emulsion distemper incl prepration of new plastered surface of wall over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for two coat Cement base paint over and incl a coat of alkali resistant primer on new plastered surface including prepration of surface all as spcefied and directed

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 3600.00
