Dismantling tiled roofing (mangalore or pot or country tiles) with battens etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts. lead.

Dismantling wood work of sectional area 40 sq.cm. and above wrought framed and fixed in frames other frames and trusses including stacking of material within 50 mts. lead (span upto 10 mtrs.)

Demolishing laterite stone masonry in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts. lead.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping sand papering and preparing surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling rolling shutters top covers and shafts etc. for replacement of springs ball bearing complete and refixing the shutter after replacement of springs and ball bearing (cost of replacement parts excluded) including all labour and returning the unserviceable parts to the department complete.

Proving ridges or hips of width 60 cm over all in plain G.I. sheet fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete; 0.80 mm thick sheet.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Wall painting (one or more coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80 x 1.25 mm M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs grade No.2 and M.S. top cover of 1.25 mm thick for folling shutterstop cover and spring. and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs grade No.2 and M.S. top cover of 1.25 mm thick for folling shutterstop cover and spring.
