Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S&F Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:4.

S&F glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300x200x 6 to 7mm thick as in vertical surface such as skirting, dado, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles incl 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors approns etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L machine cut kotastone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and incl 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shed of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness un-reinforced (below or above ground level).

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base in floor finishes.

M&L 75mm thickness PCC M-10 type C-2 as in plinth protection and paving, complete all as specified.

M&L applying two coat of synthetic enamel painting to new surfaces wooden based over a coat of pink primer exc. 10 cm width/girth including preparation of surfaces including filling with filler where reqd all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets.

Dismantling timber scantling as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in any position as in unframed work.

M & L 6mm thick Plywood, 5 no of ply, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in ceilling complete.

M & L Plain fillets. exc. 13 and n.exc 25 Sqcm as in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads.

All as per item No 13 here in before but exc 3 & n.exc 6 Sqcm in bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one or both edges or face as in beading.

Demolition in precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid block exc 10cm in width and set as in wall etc in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on walls.
