Repair & Maintenance of transformer of capacity upto 300 KVA ,11KV/0.433KV outdoor type step down transformer following works :- (i) Fault detection and Draining out of existing traformer oil, opening and lifting of core and winding assembly by hydra complete from in side the transformer after un screwing all nuts bolts washers and cleaning old / used insulating oil (ii) Loading and unloading the core assembly including transportation charges upto MES switch yard to outside workshop and back. (iii) Dismantling damaged laminated sheet replacement of damaged wraping insulating paper over primary and secondary coil including total insulating material. complete connection of HV & LV side cable, should be to the entire satisfication of Engr in charge.

Supply, replacement and topping up new Transformer oil EHV grade as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II having die electric strength not less than 40 KV in the Transformers at various location complete all as specified and direct by EIC. Make of Transformer oil : Transol/Power oil/any brand of Indian oil corporation). Note : Transformer oil should be heated and should having dielectic strength 60 KV (ii) Transformer oil shall be bring in sealed barrel having proper test certificate from manufacturer.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of 33 KV single phase outdoor type oil cooled ,dead tank type CT of ratio 160-80/5-5-1 Amp accuracy class 0.5 for metering equipment of burden 15 VA as per IS:2705 including connection CT terminal to control panel through control cable and taking down unsv one complete all as specified and directed . Note: (i) Contractor has to make all arrangement for mounting/ placing CT`s in existing system without any extra cost.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning 33 KV single phase outdoor type oil cooled,dead tank type PT of ratio 33 KV /√3 : /110V/√3-110V/√3 ,accuracy class 0.5, Burden 150 VA conforming to IS:3156 including connection PT terminal to control panel through conntrol cable and taking down unsv one complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor has to make all arrangement for mounting/ placing PT`s in existing system without any extra cost.

Supply & fixing, installation VRLA batteries of capacity 55 Nos x 2 volt DC, 300 AH, total output voltage 110 volt DC including standard accessories and rack arrangement complete all as specified. Make- Exide or equivalent make as specified. Note :- This item will not be paid for against material lying at site.

Material & labour for 33 KV Air break switch (isolator) outdoor type, off load, Triple pole, single break, consisting of hot dip galvanized channel iron base, mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism, copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned complete with horizontal connecting sq.bar, GI pipe as down rod, coupling for pipe, lever and operating handle with locking arrangement worked from ground level, for current rating upto 1250 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Gang operated Air break switches 11 KV Tripple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating 400 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for servicing/overhauling and decorbonising of 33/11 KV, out door PC VCB , replacement of un-serviceable spares, and serviceability check from remote operation, checking of all DC supply system, electrical circuit including connection of control cables to make it functional in all respect all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge. Note :- (i) Spare parts/components required to replaced of above control panel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include labour required for fixing of replaced items, making the control panel serviceable and making all electrical connecto,. (iii) For item No. 35 to 36 below, fixing charges of items are considered and included in item No 34 herein.

Material & labour in repair for Filteration and dehydration of HV grade transformer oil of distribution and Power transformer of out door type of 11/.433 KV, 100 KVA to 750 KVA and Power transformer of 33/11 KV 1000KVA to 4000KVA min three cycle to achive die elctric strength of 40 KV to 60KV for 1 Minute at 4 mm gap as per relevent IS with portable filteration plant, testing the oil for die elctric strength, break down voltage before filteration and after filteration complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : Filteration to be done by Dehydration machine till the desired level of dielectric strength of tranformer oil comes to 60 KV . (ii) The contractor will test the dielectric strength of oil of each Tranformer & voltage stabilizer before starting dehydration & filteration and after completion of dehydration & filteration process and he will submit a record of same. (iii) Each sample of oil will be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE's/Engr-in-charge and test result will be submitted accordingly). (iv) Centrifugal machine with all T&P and Testing Machine , oil required shall be arranged by contractor. (v) Oil required for topping up the transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately in relvent item.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out brick protection etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :Excavation for laying of cable to be done manualy carefully without distrubing existing cable or water pipe lines. If any damaged occured to exiting cable and pipe line during excavation contractor has to repair it with in time limit without any extra cost. If contractor delayed in repairing Panality @ of 500/- per hour to be charghed if repairing is not carry out in 12 hours. In this GE diecision will be full and final.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.(Compacted thickness shall be measured)

Supply & Fixing burnt clay fly ash bricks old size designation 75 (kg/cm2) in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing aluminium pipe (round bar) of size 1.5 inch approx 48.26 mm outer dia, wall thickness 3.69 mm, current rating 1160 Amp bend to shape as required and connection with existing bar and CT,PTs by using aluminium PG clamps, Pad clamps, nut, bolts etc as required at site complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing aluminium 33 KV grade PG clamps for existing aluminium bar system in switch yard by fixing with proper size nut, bolts complete all as specified.

Materila & labour for fixing flexible control cable PVC insulated 12 core of size 2.5 sqmm FR PVC sheathed multistraded cable with bright annealed electrolytic bare copper conductor for voltage grade upto 1100 Volt for connecting control panel to VCB including taking down unsv one.

Material & labour for detecting of fault in 11KV (E) HT cable of any size(within 1-3 km length) , 3 core laid in trenches/ducts with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, echo fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc and exposing the cable fault, removal of deteriorated portion of cable, treating the cable including making it ready for jointing work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include for the cost of earthwork excavation as required. (ii) Cable if replaced & Jointing kit shall be measured & paid separately. (iii) As the work is releated to maintenance, the work of fault detection has to be carry out on Priority and on requirement basis as on occurance of fault within 24 hrs so as to rectify the fault and to restore the electric supply of stn. If contractor delay the job, necessary panlty at the rate of Rs 1000.00 per hrs (after 24 hrs) will be impose on contractor.

Material & labour for rectifying of transformer oil leakage problem from LT termernial, taking shut down, tracing out the cause of leakage , removing cable, draining out oil, removing of transformer top cover, replacement of seal, recitifying oil leakge, changing all gaskets, tightening of transformer core, tightening / replaceing of bushing/stud, refilling the oil, replacement of top cover gasket, reconnecting cables etc and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and up to the entire satisfication of Engr in charge.

Supply only spray Moisture absorbing spray WD-40 on electric terminals of VCB Breaker and panel and allied equipment all as specified and directed.
