Providing Operation and Maintenance of Multi Village Scheme to Pangeri and Rampur Villages in Chikodi Taluka Chikodi Division of Belagavi District (For 5 Years)

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, in one year of at least one similar work such as O&M of MVS work of value not less than Rs. 64.367 Lakhs usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract Executed in any one year O&M of rural MVS scheme of villages)(50% of the project habitations) or O&M of urban surface water scheme and work done certificate is produced not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

The Tenderer must submit ongoing work commitments (certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer) to compute available tender capacity

Tenderer must have assessed available tender capacity as per formula in KW documents of Rs.128.74 Lakhs

The Tenderer should possess valid registration of appropriate Class with PWD Department of Class III And Above

Contracter Should Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in last five financial years (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.56.62 Lakhs (two times of the estimated O and M Cost of 5th year or average of all the years estimated O and M cost)(The Consolidated Annual Financial turnover certificate for the relevant financial years certified by an ICAI registered Chartered Accountant along with UDIN number (also the audited financial statements for each of the financial years to be submitted). The certificate should be affixed with the seal of the office of the Chartered Accountant with the registration number and duly notarized by Notary Public.)

Unconditional Liquid Assets/Bank Line of Credit from any Nationalized/Scheduled bank of not less than 30% of the 5th year estimated O and M cost of Rs.8.49 Lakhs

The contractor should provide daily these staff memnbers on site. (1) pump operatores-3 Nos (2) Valve mans-1 Nos (3) Supervisor 1 No (4) Electrician/Mechanic - 1 No (5) Helper cum watchman-1 Nos total 07 Nos (The list & documents regarding availability of these staff shoud be enclosed)
