Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/ stone walls etc. of any description including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work of walls mixed with liquid water proofing compound (ISI Marked) @ 2% by weight of cement finished even & smooth without using extra cement including mouldings chamfers splay srounded or coved angles compound as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for complete removal or existing treatment on wall/roof projections including fascia cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum machine, scruber) with sanding pad adjustable size according to high of building of appropriate grit to make surface clean free from dust loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall ensured that all deployed labour's on operations, like painting & misc building repairs & maintenance work, electricity subjected repairs & instrallation and its testing related have to maintained according to CA & related regulated other agency norms as followed, No extra demand will be occured on department on this account.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistace as per IS 15489:2004. Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over putty surface over priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Primer and Emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine compound as specified and directed (Mechanical Means) (Make:- Asian Paint Apex ultima/Berger weather coat long life 10/Nerolac Excel everlast-12).

M&L for preparation of Old painted surfaces of walls and applying two coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistace as per IS 15489:2004 compound as specified and directed. Note: Emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine. (Mechanical Means) (Make:- Asian Paint Apex ultima/Berger weather coat long life 10/Nerolac Excel everlast-12).

M&L for preparation and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of primer on new putty surfaces of walls with airless spray machine complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on old distempered surfaces of wall complete all as specified.Distemper to be carried out through air less spray machine compound as specified and directed.
