Repairing and Electrical Renovation of right side gantry crane and replacement of damaged motor shaft of marching motor along with anticorrosive paint of associated trestle structures of Mahanadi Barrage for the year 2026 27

Electrical Renovation of Gantry crane with supply, Fixing and fitting of Electrical components such as VFD Control Panel for 22 kW, 415V AC, 3 Phase Hoist motor, 18.5 kW, 415V AC, 3 Phase Travel motor including Control Accessories, wiring, testing & commissionning of the crane along with repair of the damaged motor shaft of the marching motor with cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding etc.complete but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Surface preparation for painting manually and by power tool cleaning, such as scrapping, wire brushing, machine brushing and grinding, including removal of any heavy layer of rust by chipping prior to hand and power tool cleaning, and cleaning of visible oil, grease, dirt and other foreign materials by using clean mineral spirits, xylol or white gasoline, followed by cleaning the entire surface of loose dust and debris after hand and power tool cleaning; supplying and applying one coat of epilux 4 zinc rich epoxy primer in dual pack (base and hardner) to give minimum 35+5 microns dry film thickness per coat as per IS :14177 : 1994 after surface preparation not later than a time gap of six hours on the complete surface of the gates components such as skin plates, girders & stiffners etc. complete; supplying and applying first coat of Berger aluminium IS : 2339 paint available in dual pack (base and hardner) to give 12-15 microns dry film thickness on the complete trestle and hoist components; and supplying and applying second coat of Berger aluminium IS : 2339 paint available in dual pack (base and hardner) to give 12-15 microns dry film thickness on the complete trestle and hoist components, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, with the rate inclusive of cost of materials, conveyance, cost of T & P materials, scaffolding, labour charges etc. complete but excluding GST.
