OT UPGRADE
(a) Wall panel / Cladding : Material and labour for pre fabricated wall panelling made of Stainless Steel 304 Grade with 50 to 60mm thick puff insulation with pressure injected of rigid polyurethane foam minimum density 40kg /cum,sandwiched between inner and outer stainless steel sheeting having 0.80mm thickness.The wall panels to be fixed on metal Grid frame work sufficient enough to withstand the entire wall panelling work including making / cutting necessary opening if any required as per site conditions for fixing switch boards / gas pipeline/ electrification works and equipment etc. (b) Joints. The individual wall panel shall use the tongue and groove / suitable technology for joining two panels with minimum number of junctions. No welding shall be allowed. The gaps between Wall Panels to be filled with metalic epoxy filler and sanded flush giving seamless appearance and finished to fine grain surface to the entire wall panelling.The angular corners to be made with 130 degree - 140 degree angular modular element. (c) Anti Bacterial Paint : The stainless steel wall Panelling to be painted with dry film thickness of minimum 300microns over primer. The paint to be Anti-bacterial , Anti-microbial & Antifungal , resistant to UV lights, disinfactants ,steams, fumigation agents etc.Painting to be applied by approved applicator with air-less spray gun.Color and tint of paint to be approved by the User. the painting protection and preventation of the growth of mould,bacteria and yeasts for 5 years be given by the manufacturer.The wall Panels shall be CE/UL/ETL/US FDA/BIS/DIN 1.4301 Certified/Listed.Test report from Govt certified lab for anti-microbial , Stainless steel & properties of paint will be submitted by the contractor at the time of Pre-Dispatch inspection/supply by CWE's Rep. Note : Wall panelling to be provided flushed with storage cabinet / space side and size of grid for wall panelling will be fixed accordingly.

Automatic Hermetically Sealed sliding door with electronic automation unit Door : S&F of sliding door made of HPCL / HPL material ( minimum 4mm thickness) painted with anti bactrial paint and lead lining (minimum 1 mm thickness). Colour of door from interior to match the interiors of Room & from outside to match with the outer area.The door should have double glazed vision window size of 300mm x 300mm and hermitically sealed. The Hermetic sealing should confirm to class 4 ( EN 1.026,EN 12.207). Door will move on roller and the movement to be smooth. Either side of door should be perfectly leveled. Door leaf should have high quality synthetic rubber gasket with long life to ensure hermetic sealing (to maintain air pressure differential). Air tightness 99.99% at a pressure of 100KPa. Dimension of door will be 1500mm x 2100mm with lead line( as per AERB Norms) or ( size may vary slightly as per site requirement) Complete all as specified and directed. The rates are inclusive of following :- (a) Automation & Hard ware / Accessories :Door to be provided with both touchless sensor based switch button and foot operated switch on each side . Door to be provided with suitable sliding arrangment to withstand the load of door, locking system, 300mm long HPL Handles on inner and outer side. Operation of door should be microprocessor controlled electro mechanical movement mechanism should be allow manual opening in case of power failure. Speed of closing movement to be between 80-120mm /sec and opening speed should be 600 to 800mm / sec (approx) with option of customised opening & closing time,speed of door leaf including half opening option. The door and controls shall comply with IEE regulation. All motors shall be Dc brushless / PMDC motors with essential isolation from mains. Note :(i) The complete door should be CE( Complaince to European standards ) certified or relevant equivalent IS certification if any.Test certificate for hermetic sealing with door frame will be provided by the contractor with pre despatch documents (ii) All required accessories for automation including Suitable size of copper cable is deemed to be included in the item rate.

Window with motorized roller Blinds: Supply and fixing factory made UPVC fixed type window made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm(+-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (60mm x58mm). T profile (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket 1.2 +–0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mm) to be inserted in required profile including 6mm thick two parallel toughened glass and motorized curtain blinds with FHP motor control and ACB view panel. Blinds should be sandwiched in two parallel glass panes.The window should be fixed in such away that replacement / maintenance of blinds, motors, switches etc should be easily accessible without taking any additional shutdown. Note : All required accessories for automation including Suitable size of copper cable is deemed to be included in the item rate.
S&F in repairs of Compact surgical scrub sink of overall size 2400 mm long x 600 mm wide and 1300mm high with tub depth of minimum 380mm divided into two sink portions, made of 1.50mm thick Stainless Steel sheet of 316 grade with seamless welded construction, polished to stainless finish. Each sink portion to have one sensor based CP brass water sink mixer system for hot and cold water , one sensor based bib tap , one sensor based betadine despenser and one foot operated switch for hand free operation including infra-red sensors with built-in temperature range adjustment and thermostatic mixing valve control located behind the access panel and maintain constant water temperature. The scrub sink to be provided with a front access panel which should be easily removed for access to the water controlled valve, waste connections stoppers and strainers complete in all respect. Note:- Old retrieved items to be deposit in department store.
S&F of Storage unit made with 0.80mm thick stainless steel 304 grade sheet. The storage to be continuously ventilated by positive air in the room through ventilation holes provided at the bottom and top of opposite sides. The storage unit to be divided into 2 or more parts and each part should have individual glass of 10mm thick toughened glass shelf and doors with high quality locking system. The overall size should be 1200mm wide x 2100mm high and 350mm deep . The storage unit should be painted as per specification for wall cladding.
M&L for Granite (colour as approved by GE) 16 to 18mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laidover 15mm thick screed (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixer of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charg.
Wall cladding: S&F for antimicrobial silver ion Technology PVC wall cladding having minimum 2.50mm thickness or more, smooth finished having approx weight 3.5kg /sqm, able to withstand Temperature upto 60 degree Centigrade. The Colour to be approved by the GE. Method of Fixing : The cladding to be fixed with Aluminium pipe of 25x40 mm with thickness of 1.20 mm on grid framework of 600 mm X 600 mm accuretly aligned with 6mm thick Bison board using raw plugs etc. Joints : PVC cladding to be sealed by hot welding providing a water tight smooth and seamless finish.Internal / External Corners of the PVC cladding should be able to thermoformed on site to provide seamless uniform corner arrangement. Coving between wall and ceiling to be provided with same PVC cladding company. Note : PVC cladding should be VOC ( Volatile Organic Compound) Compliant certificate to be enclosed as per EN 13999:2013 BREEAM and Should have a Fire rating in accordance to EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009.Contractor must submit the Third party Test Certificate and warrany for 5 years.

EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27mm), profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required T profile, frame will be fixed to the wall wilh 8mm x100mm long fasteners. Hardware: Door to be provided with suitable hinges to with stand of the load of door, locking system with keys, heavy duty hydraulic door closer, suitable Handles and 250mm long Stainless steel tower bolts on each side and door stopper Door transmission gear made of mild sleel with multi point locking system with strikes. (white powder coated) and bottom portion to be fixed with 4mm ACP sheet panel, on top portion and glazing with 8mm thick toughened glass.

Peripheral Light for OT. S & F of Peripheral lighting LED type and clean room luminaires with illuminance of minimum 500 Lux. Peripheral light fittings shall be minimum of size 2 feet x 2 feet. These shall be minimum 8 in numbers for each OT with optical antiglare system. Luminaries cover shall be made of highly resistant, disinfectant proof laminated safety glass/acrylic with stylish fine-grained surface. The body of light should be made of highly specularanodized aluminium with powder coated. The fittings shall be uniformly and aesthetically distributed on ceiling to provide uniform illumination in the OTs. Light shall not be interfered when green mode endoscopy is performed. Light shall be protected with IP 65 . Electronic driver shall Powered by an independent Isolated, SELV Output electronic LED dimmable driver (SMPS based constant current supply) with Output Short-circuit protection. Note. Lux level to be maintained in all OTs shall not be less than 500 lux. Number of lights, wattage of fittings shall be designed accordingly. Same shall be approved by GE before procurement.

Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of Surgical light double dome LED ceiling mounted OT LED Light.The control equipment placed inside the operating room. The life of LEDs must be at least 50000 hrs. Each dome should have a multi-lens atrix for shadow free, homogeneous, pure white, natural light field. It should be flat scaled light body designed for Laminar Air Flow Ceilings. It should have a IIR free Illumination. Colour Rendering Index (CRI) not less than 95, Gamut Area Index (GAI) not less than 80, Light field diameter (at 1 mtr distance, without change in intensity) : 20 cm to 28 cm (±10% ). The illumination intensity should be at least 1,60,000 Lux at 1 meter distance for each dome. Colour Temperature : Minimum range 3800°K-5000°K (±10%) variable. It should have adjustable focus system. It should have light dimming range 5% to 100% (Minimum). Working range minimum 750 mm to 1100 mm (±10%). It should be with dual controls for all controllable parameters. One at dome assembly and down and another, wired/wireless remote on the wall. It should be possible to adjust the dome at any position, have easy maneuverable, free up and down and swing movements and free rotatable at any angle. It should be supplied with 9 numbers of additional sterile handles. Every light petal must have a provision to be individually replaceable services onsite. It should be with CE marks or US FDA approved. Note : OT lights should be connected with existing UPS system for backup, cost for which is deemed to included in overall cost quoted by the contractor.
Specification of HD Camera . The HD Camera system should have minimum capacity of 1080p/i. It should be integrated in light camera system at the centre of one principal dome of this light system/third arm in order to capture images and video sequences of the open cases. Signal to noise ratio (S/N Ratio) should be more than 50 dB. CCDD/CMOS : 1/3" or 1/1.2". Optical Zoom minimum 10X, Digital Zoom minimum 12-15X Video output : HD, DVI, S-Video and composite video. White balance and gain :Automatic/Manual. OT lihgt and integrated Camera shall have a control through touch type digital panel of the control equipment placed inside the operating room. Note: All items which are mounted on ceiling like pendants, Double Dome OT LED light with HD Camera, Peripheral lights and cleanroom luminaries should be compatible to each other.
Recording System and PACS (Picture Archiving & Communication System) Monitor. Recording system shall be capacity of minimum one TB storage space. Data cable for communication from both pendants and monitors shall be laid down upto outside of OT in a patch port for future expansion for all OTs where is no integration. Patch Panel for power and signal shall be laid down for minimum 40" LED Monitor at wall of OTs. Record shall be capable of recording video from others sources like microscopes, endoscopes etc. suitable provision for the same shall be made. Monitor shall be medical grade and integrated with hospital PACS. The contractor shall do the necessary coordination with hospital authorities for connecting the PACS monitor to the hospital PACS. If hospital/institute PACS is not available, contractor shall terminate all PACS monitor connection to switch loacated in OT Corridoor & Waiting area for further connection by the hospital. Monitor shall be flush mounted with suitable frame in OT wall. Frame shall be openable/serviceable for service.
HD LED Flat Panel Monitor. HD minimum 40" LED flat Panel Monitor shall be medical grade high-definition progressive scan flat-panel monitors with ceiling mounted spring arm suspension to support high definition/HDTV progressive scan images and shall be able to support and display DVI/HDTV, RGBHV, S-Video, Composite video signals. Aspect ratio 16:9/16:10. Resolution : 1920 x1080 or better. It shall be met IP 54 regulations. The flat panel suspension shall be ready with the cables for integration of high-definition digital (DVI/HDTV), RGBHV (High Resolution), SVHS (S-video), composite video signals to travel from the various sources of video like endoscopic camera, room camera, in-light camera, high definition flat panel monitors, while assuring apivore solution/signal. Only on successful testing of system, work against the schedule shall be deemed to be completed. Note 3. Bidder shall visit site before quoting. Any item left out for successful completion of job is deemed to be included in overall rates quoted. Note 4. Complete layout of system shall be got approved from GE before execution.

The arm should rotate up to 330° and ability of horizontal and vertical movement with electromagnetic brakes .Vertical movement shall be motorised. Pendant shall be provided with 10 Nos of electrical 6/16 Amp Power Socket having independent switch. Pendant shall be supplied with outlets and probes as Oxygen (Oշ) and MA4 : one each, Vaccum outlets : 2 number Air (7 Bar) outlet: one number and COշ outlet: one number, adjustable shelf with two rails one number each side 3 numbers , Data socket RJ-45: 2 number, IV fluid pole with 2 hooks : 1 number (Pole shall be capable of stacking 4 syringe pumps) as approved by the GE. (b) Standard & Classification. The pendant shall be European CE cetified with 4 digit notified body number/USFDA/ETL/UL/BIS certified/listed under medical devices directive with complied to ISO-9001,CE,14001,13485,WHO & 45001.
(a) IP Based two way Audio-Video Communication System. S & F IP Based two way Audio-Video Communication System consist of one loudspeaker, one hand mic and one wireless collar microphone with echo cancellation shall be installed within the operating room, suitable cable material and a patch panel should be offered as per the position of the loudspeaker. (b) Design Parameter. The system should have in built IP based Uncast Video Streaming facility with zero latency in order to transmit live surgery on Hospital network/Seminar/Conference/lecture theatre/Auditorium. It should be consist of two microphone input. It should have auxiliary input for connecting external audio/video devices like HD TV for presentation. The system should be intigrated with operation theatre control panel.
(a) Horizontal Bed Head Panel. S & F of Horizontal Bed Head panel having minimum length 1.2 meter, maximum length 1.8 meter efficient, safe & Robust design in extruded aluminium section smooth curved surfaces and choice of base colour and fascia plates. It should have integrated rail system to mount accessories. The handwall system should be constructed of aluminium extrusions joined together to form a carcass to suit the particular application. Unit should be factory made and assembled for electrical and mechanical components. (b) Design Parameter. The panel should be designed to accommodate the Gas outlets for Oxygen-02 Nos, Medical Air 4 Bar-02 Nos & Vacuum-02 Nos. It shall be consist of minimum 16 Nos Power Sockets with independent switches 6/16 Amps. It should be supplied with integrated rail for mounting accessories. (a) Touch type OT Control Panel. Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of Digital display panel consist of minimum of 30" flat Monitor with computer to be fixed flush with the OT wall for PACS viewing. Touch Screen Control Panel must be able to show temperature, humidity in the operating theatre and must be able to be set on required temperature of air as well as light intensity. (b) Design Parameter. It should be shown the function of clock and stopwatch. It consist of Digital clock:(hh:mm:ss), Elapsed Clock: (hh:mm:ss) Start-stop-reset; Anesthesia Clock: (hh:mm:ss) & Start-stop-reset. This should be a single panel or uniformly combined individual panels to suit the ambience.The panel should be accommodated all necessary controls for the correct. The Digital clock and the elapsed time indicator: Both should have large LCD display for easy visibility from a distance. The digit height approximately: 60mm. The Medical gas alarm should indicate high and low gas pressures for each gas service. Present in the OR including vacuum. This should be supported by audible alarm also. The panel should have an alarm mute (fault annunciation) facility. The sensors (pressure switches) should be at the nearest isolation valve. Control for general lighting: ON/OFF and dimming controls organized in groups to provide uniform illumination. Control of the operating light major and satellite and camera control (ON/OFF and intensity control) should be provided. Hand free telephone set with memory should be located at one side. Temperature and humidity control for the room connected to the AHU. (Adjustable from the panel). There shall be a provision of temperature adjustment from the controller (temp adjustment of ±5°C to be achieved within 5 minutes). Digital room pressure indicator in cm of HշO or equivalent (signal from pressure sensor). HEPA filter bank differential pressure indicator desirable. Provision for inbuilt recording of OT camera. The control panel shall be able to integrated with HIS (Hospital Information System)/BMS. Should have provision for data processing. Should interface with Isolated power supply systems to get the alarms/alerts. The control panel shall be able to display the isolation panel alarm conditions alongwith MGPS Alarms. IP Based two way Audio-Video Communication System to be integrated with the control panel. Note: Cost of integration between touch type digital control panel with IP based two way Audio-Video communication system shall deemed to be included in overall cost quoted. No extra amount shall payable on this account.
Operating List Board. S & F operating list board should be provided in each operating theatre made of ceramic having magnetic properties and should be flushed mounted to the wall of the operating room. The laminated board should be bonded to 40 mm high density fire board sheet for additional rigidity. The board have minimum size 1000 mm x 700 mm x 60 mm.
SURGICAL AIR SYSTEM INSIDE THE OT. One additional single Medical Gas Pipeline (One gas pipeline for Surgical Air) inside the OT shall be provided with matching exisitng Medical Gas Pipeline system service Valve box without disturbing the exisitng service . Shall bring the Medical Gas Pipeline inside the OTs till ceiling pendants and provide NIST connections for each gas pipeline. Medical Gas Piping by means of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) connections. The Surgical Air System should have consist of followings:- Specification. As Per EN 737 & HTM Standards. The Gas piping used for transportation should be as EN 13348 / EN 1057 standards with copper fittings as per EN 1254 standards. Entire Installation should be done under direct supervision of the qualified & trained engineer who is certified as authorized person of Health Technical Memorandum-02 (HTM02) & should be awarded as level 4 professional award. Valid authorization & certificate should be submitted along with the bid. Handover certificate should also be signed by him with registration number. Need a report against handover of satisfactory installation as per guidelines of HTM02.

Design,Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of VRF type AC Plant with Outdoor type VRF Units air cooled, 100% inverter compressor based VRF system using R-410a refrigerant Gas, including first fill of refrigerant to meet desired conditions as below. The bidder shall submit complete design of Air Conditioning plant alongwith heat load calculation, size of pipe, size of AC duct, AHU, LT panel, Control cable, LT switchgear. Nearest LT take over point is available around 300-350 mtr away from the site. LT Cable and LT Panel is deemed to be included in the scope of work. Design Parameter. OLD DUCTING MODIFICATION & DISMANTALING WITH INTEGRATION OF HVAC & TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL PANEL. OLD OT LIGHT & LAF DISMANTALING Ducts shall be straight and smooth and shall have neatly finished joints. All joints shall be made air tight using 5mm neoprene rubber gaskets, and/or RTV-sealed, or soldered as specified. The gasket will be fixed with a suitable adhesive to the flange. Changes in dimensions and shape of ducts shall be gradual. Curved elbows, unless otherwise approved, shall have a center line radius equal to one and a half times the width of the duct. Air turns shall be installed in all abrupt elbows and shall consist of curved metal blades or vanes, arranged to permit the air to make the turn without appreciable turbulence. Turning vanes shall be invariably provided at all turns and grille-collars. Splitters and dampers shall be provided at all branches/tapings whether shown on the drawings or not. 0.6 mm PCGI Frame construction should be used. All HVAC should be calibrated with the Touch screen control panel installed in the OT. It should operate with the help of the remote fitted inside the OT. Also Dismantal the existing old OT Lights. It will comprises of followings: (a) Supply and installation of Laminar Air Flow (LAF) system Factory Fabricated direct flow from ceiling to floor. Note for Ser item No 6.00 to 6.35:- Note 1. (a) Contractor/bidder should submit complete design of New AC plant comprising of heat load calculations, size of pipe, size of AC duct, AHU, LT Panel, control cable, LT switch gear which shall be dully vetted by IIT/NIT before same is approved by AO. (b) Contractor/bidder will be responsible for performance guarantee of complete AC plant to achieve the inside design conditions round the clock throughout the year with overall COP of the system not less than 3 (Three).
Note 2. Contracor shall visit the site before bidding. The plant shall comprise of the BOQ Srl Item No.6.00 to 6.35.
Note 3. All the New Air Conditioning equipments are to be installed on the roof of OTs where sufficient space is available. Additional accessories required for successful operation of units are deemed to be included in overall cost quoted.
Note 4. Rates quoted by the contractor shall be for complete finished work including cost of all labour, material, scaffolding, finishing as required with tools, plants, cartage, lift, taxes, tollage, octroi, royalties etc. All works shall be executed as per drawings and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and shall include the supply and installation at site of all the equipment, ancillary materials as specified and all such items what-so-ever which may be required to fulfill the intent and purpose as laid down in the drawings. All materials shall be as per ISI specification and with IS certification marked wherever applicable. The material shall be duly approved by Engg in-Charge before incorporation in the actual work.
Note 5. Design of LT Panel, LT Cable, Earthing upto Control Panel of each New Plant shall be submitted by contractor for approval of CWE. Cost of these equipments are deemed to be included in overall cost.
Note 6. New AC units are designed for 06 numbers of OTs. AC unit shall be designed for 100% Fresh Air.
Note 7. Complete system pertaining to this schedule shall be executed by a firm which has executed similar types of works.
Note 8. Any item left out for successful completion of work is deemed to be included in overall rates quoted by the contractor.
Note 9. Pre-despatch inspection of VRF units shall be carried out by the rep of AO within overall cost quoted.
Note 10. Central AC of existing OTs shall be delocated before connecting up new unit. Existing AC plant shall be synchronised in 04 x exisitng OTs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account.
Note 11. Item of HERMATICALLY SEALED DOOR as designed for each OT shall be approved & paid separately in B/R Schedule.
Note 12. Complete system shall be tested for a period of 24 hours (Either in Summer or Monsoon season) by rep of Accepting Officer in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, rep of CWE and rep of Users. On successful testing of system, same shall be operated by the contractor for a period of six months within overall cost quoted.
Note13. There are 10 Nos of existing OTs. Out of 10 No of OTs, 06 Nos shall be provided with New AC Plant as covered in Ser Item No 01 of schedule. Balalance OTs shall be provided Air Conditioning from existing AC Plant for which all necessary modification to existing system shall be carried out by the Contractor. This item shall be measured against Ser Item No 02 of Schedule.
Note14. Contractor is responsible for designing of VRF unit (for 06 OTs) to ensure that above designed conditions are met. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account.
