Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundations/laying of cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning with natural dry unwashed dry river sand and punning down in layers complete. NOTE : For measurement purpose only punned thickness of sand shall be considered.

S&F galvanised steel tubing, light grade, ISI marked, for protection of under ground cable on pole/wall/under road including necessary clamp nut and bolts pipe 100 mm bore.

Supply and laying reinforced factory made precast concrete cable protection covers class HV type-1, flat size 300mmx1800mmx40mm ISI marked.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade laid in trenches, ducts, along pole, along Transformer , cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 Core including taking down old UNSV cable of any type/make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M & L for HT Cable end termination box suitable for 11000 Volts grade 120 Sqmm 3 Core XLPE 11KV cable, outdoor, heat shrinkable type with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dension or equivalent as approved

Shifting of existing two RMU transportation and installation, testing, commissioning and modification, supplying laying termination 11 KV X 3 core X 95 Sqmm XLPE Flate Armoured Aluminium cable near Military Gurdvara 33/11KV Sub station.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning (Excluding Civil Works) SF6 gas insulated circuit breaker HT 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 cycles totally enclosed metal clad of 3mm thickness, high tensile steel with zinc coating, outdoor type floor mounting having one incoming and two outgoing connections (3 way RMU) with internal copper bus bars rating 630A, consisting of 01 No main VCB and 02 No outgoing fixed manual vacuum circuit breaker with bus metering panel. All connections of RMU should be enclosed in one tank to avoid multiple inter connections sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite 304 grade stainless steel tank of 3mm thick having IP67 of protection filled with SF6 gas with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The earthing busbar shall be provided throughout the length of switchgear with all accessories such as terminal boots, VPIS and mechanical indication for VCBs ON/OFF.

Item No 10 contd/... The complete enclosure of switchgear shall be of IP-54. The outer of enclosure shall cover entire front part of switchgear incl cable compartment , overload relay, digital ammeter, voltmeter and rating upto 400 Amps complete incl PCC platform for mounting the switchgear complete with following accessories(a) Vacuum circuit breaker module having three position switch, off load (connected in series with VCB).(b) Insulation medium – SF6 gas (c) Arc quenching – Vacuum type (d) Short time current – 20KA/3 Sec (e) Making cap – 50 KA (f) Cable box should be front side, air insulated suitable upto 3 core 185 Sqmm, 11 KV cable (g) Temparatur as per IEC 62271-200 (h) CT to be ring type LVCB (j) PT to be non disconnecting stud type (k) Lifting lugs (l) Gas pressure indicator (m) VCBs rating 400/630A

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electode size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mttres below the normal groundlevel, connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, bnuts, check nuts and washer of GI or steel all as shown in electrical palte No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testingon completion incl necessary earth work and 10 mtrs of 32 x6 mm dia GI strip for connection of earth plate to panel or accessories all as specified.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.
